Very impressive throughout the entire process. The atmosphere, the crew, the doctors and techs are all top notch. I felt comfortable from my first orientation visit all the way to my initial bond. The process is explained thoroughly from beginning to end. I even got to meet Dr Ross himself! What a pleasure! I especially enjoyed my time with Candace during my initial Invisalign bond. I am so glad they were able to make this a easy process for me and I am so glad my dentist referred me to Dr Ross.

We had quite a refreshing experience! You are greeted with smiles from the moment you walk through the front door and throughout the entire visit. The staff is quite knowledgeable and were great and walking you through step by step of the procedure. Not only did I receive verbal instructions ob how to help my child take care of their appliance, I also received written handouts as well via electronic communication. Excellent experience! Would highly recommend.

Dr. Ross and his staff have been awesome from Day 1. I got my braces on during covid, they made the entire process so easy. The office itself is super modern and up to date. They always make sure you're happy and comfortable. Since the beginning of my orthodontic journey I have relocated over 600 miles away, I refused to switch orthodontists, I chose to travel for every appointment instead. With absolutely no regrets because now I have a beautiful smile and I couldn't be more grateful for Dr. Ross and his staff.
