Always prompt, friendly, efficient and professional. Dr. Patton has been our family's dentist for about 30 years. The whole team of hygienists, assistants, medical secretaries, and practice managers have been courteous, helpful and welcoming. "They walk the talk" Highly recommend this practice!

Being a first time patient I was nervous. However from the time I entered the office everyone was nice and extremely helpful. Then I met the head guy Dr. Patton. He was very patient with me, explained step by step what he was doing, recommended a process that would help not one issue but two, kept me calm since I explained my hate love relationship for needles and even welcomed me back. His assistant was nice and made sure to be gentle with me. I hate that I found them so late in my teeth goal, but so glad I did. I will scream his praises to everyone. Highly recommend if you're looking for someone new or want someone that includes you in the process. Trust you won't regret it at all!

Dental visits still do not rank at the top of favorite things to do, but Dr Patton and his staff are always so good to me! The dental hygienists always take the time to explain everything to me as my teeth are cleaned and examined. Dr Patton always has a smile and a greeting and takes the time to sit with me and answer any questions I may have after the exam!

My wife and myself go to Dr. Patton. He is great.We also go to his dental hygienist Sue. She is VERY professional and like Dr. Patton very gentle. Great Choice.

I was referred to Dental Care of Solon by coworker. I had been looking for a new dentist for a year as the one I went to was a revolving dentist door ! Today was my first visit and the hygienist was amazing--explaining everything, and overall extremely thorough with the cleaning. She also checked on pricing of some things before they happened. Dr Patton came in and did the exam and explained the work I would need done (which actually was the same work the last Dentist said I would need.) He explained it was all a personal decision: I could think about it, I could get estimates on it, I could I could schedule the work, or I could do nothing and revisit it at a later date. He gave me options and there was not one time where I felt pressured or that I was being sold to. And everyone in the office from the receptionist through the hygienist to the dentist and to check out were extremely friendly and just wonderful to work with! The icing on the cake was seeing a good friend coming out of the office and getting ready to check out not knowing that she and her boys had this dentist for the last years since her grown boys were young! She too said amazing things about this office. I'm so glad I made the change. I was looking for one dentist I would see each time I went. I know I'm in good hands! 5 stars!

Everyone in Dr. Patton's office is welcoming and professional. This time my hygienist was filling in for a regular staff member who was on vacation. Shirley was absolutely wonderful and was as welcoming and professional as the rest of Dr. Patton's staff.

The first time I came in the dental hygienist said "I'm not sure what we can do for you today since you're pregnant" I wasn't pregnant. Just a little chubby. This should have been my first red flag, but I decided to give them another try. I went in four times and every time it was just a "check up". The first time they said that I'd need to come back for a root canal. The next time I came back they said a specialist would need to do the root canal. And the third time they said that the root canal wasn't done correctly and would need to be redone. All three times they just looked at my teeth, charged my insurance and sent me on my way. The fourth time I came in was for a cleaning. I explained to them that I had never had a cleaning before so I didn't know what to expect. They were very kind and patient. At one point Dr. Patton came in to say hi. When I went to check out they said "that'll be four thirteen". Since cleanings are covered by my insurance I assumed it was a $4 copay and $0.13 was the tax. I gave them my card and asked for the receipt. It wasn't until later when I checked the receipt that I realized that they had charged me $413.00! When I questioned them, they told me it was a "special" cleaning. Something that had never been explained to me previously. I was devastated and not prepared to spend that kind of money. Finally they agreed to reimburse me for the full amount. I waited weeks for the check to come in the mail and when it finally did, it was only for half of the cost. When I questioned them about it they were extremely rude and said that I was "lucky" to be getting that much back. Dr. Patton is nice and his dental hygienists are generally very patient and kind, but this experience has been awful and I could not in good conscience ever recommend this place to anyone. Stay away!

Dr. Patton and his staff rank tops in dental care and efficiency of checking in a new patient having recently moved from FL. In my 90s, I say this with many years of having extensive dental work. Dental Care of Solon a 5+!
