Dr. David R. Baldare, DDS received his degree in general dentistry from Loyola School of Dentistry in 1988. Before that, he received a degree in engineering from IIT. The combination of these backgrounds allows him to stay on the cutting edge of technology in the dental world. After practicing in Chicago for 10 years, Dr. Baldare purchased Dr. Herzon's practice in 2003, where he worked as an associate for two years.
He resides in Arlington with his family. His high school-going son keeps him busy with schooling, bowling, and Indian guides. In addition to dentistry, he has a passion for biking, bowling, fishing, and boating.

Dr. Betty received her Doctorate of Dental Surgergery from Loyola University of Chicago in 1992. She has been a well respected dentist in the Chicagoland area for the past twenty three years. Dr. Papanicolaou is dedicated in helping her patients achieve optimal dental health and esthetics. She possesses excellent listening skills and is responsive to her patients' questions and concerns. She strongly believes that first impressions are greatly enhanced by a winning smile and is committed to providing that smile through a variety of cosmetic procedures.
Dr. Papanicolaou is passionate about making the patient experience once that is relaxing and enjoyable. Her nurturing personality and gentle touch during dental procedures ensures that the patient can feel at ease.
Dr. Papanicolaou strongly believes in continuing education. When not in the office, she attends local study clubs/seminars. She also volunteers with organizations to help feed and clothe the homeless, enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends.
Dr. Bruce Abdullah earned his dental degree from Loyola University School of Dentistry. He received his Certificate in Periodontics and Masters Degree in Science from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1989.
Dr. Abdullah is currently an Associate Clinical Professor of Periodontics in Post Graduate Periodontics at the University of Illinois and has been teaching for the last 20+ years. He performs and teaches the latest techniques in implant and periodontal surgery. Dr Abdullah is responsible for instructing the residents on the placement of implants and advancements in the field of implant surgery.
Dr. Abdullah is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. He is among only a small percentage of Periodontists throughout the world that has attained the qualifications of being a Diplomate of The American Academy of Periodontology.
years and in the dental field since 1977 (dont do the math!) I started my career as a dental assistant and did that for 12 years before becoming the dental office/business manager here. My goal in choosing my career was basic, I wanted to make a difference in peoples lives through my work. I feel I was able to accomplish this in a clinical setting and as a manager. My goal is still to help people whether it be feeling more comfortable at the dentist or simply educating and feeling confident about their decision to choose our practice.
Hi my name is Beata. I was born in Poland I moved to America 18 years ago. I have been a dental assistant for over 14 years. I am married and a proud and caring mom of a 11 year old boy. When I am not working I like to go camping, fishing, swimming, traveling, and spending time with my family.

The quality of care is amazing. Though my hygienist today was new to me - someone who fills in periodically - she had the softest care, gentle touch. I felt like she really wanted me to feel that my care was important to her, like she would her own family member. Dr. Baldare is always friendly, very sure of his abilities, and I feel like I'm getting the best of him at every visit. He has the most up to date technologies available. They are all caring, efficient and professional with a personal touch.

As always, everything they did for me was solid. I was taken care of promptly and with warm regard. April, the hygienist, was efficient, thorough and was kind enough to share her passion for flossing and knowledge of gum disease. We both agreed she must be the life of all parties. Lauren did a great job getting me in and processing my payment, all completed with a big friendly smile. Dr. Betty took a look and pronounced me fit for more chewing. And of course, behind all of this excellence is the office manager Lynn, whose professionalism and sunny personality drives the bus. I highly recommend Smiles On Dryden!

I have a kid 4 yo and they first said that they accept children of that age, we had waited for two weeks, they got us inside looked up a while, made some prophylaxis and suddenly realize that he is a kid and they recommend us to find a children dentist.

I had my first appointment at Dr. Baldare's office, and everyone was really nice! The cleaning was more thorough than what I have experienced at another dentist in the area (Arlington Comfort Dental) and Dr Baldare was very friendly. Had a great experience!
