(First, I rarely give 5-stars, feeling that 4-stars = an A.) I was referred to Dominion Endodontics by my dentist for a possible root canal retreatment. I was really apprehensive about getting this possible procedure and was guarded about getting a CT x-ray that my insurance doesn't cover. Dr. Leon-Guerrero was so extremely knowledgeable, personable, and patient with me in explaining what I was up against that I immediately recognized the benefits for the CT X-ray to provide the best, most accurate diagnosis possible. The X-ray data afforded him the ability to quickly, accurately, and (most important) ethically rule out procedures that could have otherwise been incorrect. Sure, while any modern endodontic practice can do this, it's the knowledgeable, patient, and thorough demeanor that I feel set Dr. Leon-Guerrero apart. Numerous people graduate annually with dental and endodontic credentials but you can't learn how to be a decent person out of a book. I'm really grateful for the experience. Additionally, this practice has very easy access via the blue/yellow line metro.

I was treated by a very professional team led by Dr Palmieri. I requested and received a sedative for a painless root canal. I would highly recommend Dr Palmieri to anyone who wants to be assured of the highest level of care.

Just love the professionalism and customer service! From my 1st initial consultation and service, I was warmly greeted and taken care of through my 2nd visit (Dr. Palmieri and Entire Staff). The fact that Dr. Palmieri followed up in the evening as he promised after my procedure was a perfect display of the level of care for his patients. I really appreciated the follow-up and concern his office demonstrated for all of my dental needs.

Dr. Palmieri and his staff are awesome. I had a root canal done and it went smoothly. The work is excellent and the care is also. They check to make sure you're doing OK and not experiencing discomfort throughout the process. Dr. Palmieri even called that evening to make sure I was doing well.

I wish more doctors were like Dr. Palmieri. He is a concerned and caring man and spends time giving you honest feedback. He knows his stuff. Although I didn't end up getting treatment because I had another issue to take care of, I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing his expertise.

I highly recommend Dr. Palmieri if you need to have major dental work done like a root canal. He and his staff are incredibly friendly and sympathetic to people who fear dental work. The appointments were all on time, the procedure was quick and mostly painless, and Dr. Palimieri followed up with me later that day to make sure I was recovering well. The whole experience was as good as you could hope for. Very nice people!

I have been going to Dr. Palmieri for over 12 years now and he is an outstanding doctor with great expertise that handled my complex case. He goes the extra mile to explain everything in detail and his staff ensures you are comfortable during your procedure. He is one of a few doctors that take the time to call you on the night of your procedure to see how you are feeling. He also encourages you to let him know if you feel uncomfortable or have concerns following your procedure.
