David M. Singer, D.D.S. Dr. Singer is a graduate from the University of Buffalo, School of Dentistry, Buffalo, New York. Dr. Singer has a passion for preventive and cosmetic dentistry. Along with his practice he is an attending Dentist at Morristown Medical Center at which he oversees dental residents. Dr. Singer donates services to the Donated Dental Service which is a program for indigent individuals. When not in the office you can usually find him on the golf course, enjoying music and most of all with his family.
Ann Healy/Office Manager Annhas been in the dental field forover30 years.She beganher career as a dental assistant, prior toher current positionas office manager. She is responsible for the day to day mangement of the practice as well as handling all patient issues involving scheduling, financial planning and insurance.Her main goal is to make your visit as comfortable as possible. When not managing the office she is busy with her family, enjoying gardening, music and traveling.
Vinette Stegura/ R.D.H. Vinette started her career in dentistry as a dental assistant and enjoyed it so much that she advanced her career to a Hygienest. She received her dental hygiene degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Vinette was Dr. Singer's first hygienist and was fortunate to grow with the practice as her 3 children grew older. Dental hygiene has been a great career for her and looks forward to work every day. Her motto is to treat all patients as she would like to be treated. Vinette spends her spare time with her family, the beach and bible studies. Recently Vinette and Barb participated in a missionary trip to Guatemala, treating over 446 children that do not have access to dental care.
Barbara Duffy/ R.D.H. Barbara received a Bachelor's degree in Aplied Science from UMDNJ. Upon graduation she worked towards an advance hygiene certificate. This certification emcompassed a strong emphasis on periodontology, pathology and nonsurgical treatment. In addition, received certification in Local Anesthesia. Her dedication to deliver comprehensive, comfortable treatment to all patients is always first. Barbara lives in Morris County with her husband and three daughters. She is a busy soccer, track, and dance mom. Her hobbies include biking, hiking, and cooking. Recently, Barb and Vinetteparticipated in a missionary trip to Guatemala, Treating over 446 children. Services provided to children that do not have access to dental care.
Carol Ciccone/Dental Assistant Carol received her C.D.A. from Essex County College. Carol is experienced in many aspects in dentistry and has been in the dental field for over 20 years. Her part time employment allows her to volunteer to an organization that is dear to her, Operatian Smile. When not working she and her husbandenjoy raising their2 sons.
Susan Wood, R.D.A. Susan is a Registered Dental Assistant.Shehas over7years experience in the field. . WhenSusan isn't at the office, she is busy working with the youth groupat her church, family, hiking and listening to livebands.

Wonderful dentist & staff. Dr. Singer addresses all your concerns and has a very calm demeanor. From scheduling to cleanings to crowns, I've experienced it all there. Everyone's been kind & compassionate.

I have been going to Dr. singer for years. He is always so professional and personable . He is a good dentist. The office staff is friendly and always accommodating. The dental hygienists are phenomenal as well. Retaining the same staff for years speaks volumes!!!

Dr Singer & his staff are wonderful! Dr Singer has been my dentist for ~ 25 years & has provided superlative service with a friendly office environment. I look forward to my visits because I'll see my friends in the office - how often does that happen? Even during Covid-19, the staff made me feel safe. I still enjoyed seeing everyone in a safe, socially distant, environment. Kudos to everyone at Dr Singer's office!

Many years of visits for cleanings and dental work for our entire family. Always efficient, professional and cheerful! Just had a 6 mo. visit and very happy with the procedures in place to keep everyone safe.

Simply the best. Have been seeing Singer and having my scheduled cleanings done by Barb for over a decade now. Which is crazy to think about lol. They feel like family everytime I walk in the door. Everyone is friendly, professional, and good at what the do. Sure they always ask if I floss (which I dont) but my teeth get cleaned so well I don't need to lol. Honestly give them a shot and tell them Anthony sent you. They will know who you are talking about.

You tell your friend you're going to the dentist and they feel sorry for you. That's the normal response. I go to see Dr. Singer and his wonderful staff and I look forward to it! Their kindness, compassion, and friendly atmosphere is the normal way of business. I am grateful I was able to find this practice and hope you will too!

My family and I have been going to Dr. Singer for as long as I can remember. The entire staff is kind and knowledgeable. I personally have just finished Invisalign to straighten my very crooked teeth and had two veneers replaced. WOW, I have never been so happy with my smile. When you are at the office you feel like you are Dr. Singer's only patient; he does not rush out of the room and will always answer any questions you may have and gives his honest advice. They hygienists are incredibly painless and pleasant and Ann, the office manager, is a pleasure to speak to and will help you out with any insurance questions, etc. that you may have. I have recommended this office to many of my friends and they are pleased as well.
