This is the most unprofessional medical office I have ever encountered. The secretaries are just straight up rude and do not care about anything you have to say. And Dr Shemo completely ruined my mother's already terrifying experience of getting dentures. He was downright mean and made her cry. We have been patients of this pracrice for decades and we will never be coming back to this office again.

Dr. Shemo is a very nice caring Dentist. Altho they are shorthanded they were able to have me come in. Unfortunately I ended up with them preping for a crown as the tooth just could not be repaired any longer. Cant thank them enough for getting me in before my vacation.

Dr. Shemo and his assistant Holly are the best in the business without a doubt. His office staff is also second to none friendly helpful and courteous. You would be hard pressed to find a better dentist within 100 miles.

I have used Dr. Shemos father my entire life. When he passed I moved on to his son and I even take my children to be seen there. My last 2 appointments I was put in quarantine. The second of the two times I had actually had it myself. But I called to let them know. Prior to that I called for an appointment and they canceled on me as I was turning onto their street 15 minutes before my appointment they were closing early due to bad weather. When calling today to make an appointment I was informed they would only see me on day of appointments because I canceled my last three. I live over an hour away from there and I have 6 kids. I can't just leave at the drop of a hat. I'm so very disappointed in what I was told on the phone and the lack of respect. I'll take my business elsewhere. Aside from my personal experience. The parking lot is terrifying. I come with mace in hand every visit.

Dr. Shemo and his staff are always pleasant, friendly and very gentle during any procedures. The staff is very professional and accommodating. Thanks Dr. Shemo for a great dental experience....

Dr Shemo does a great job and gives you great options to give you the best smile. The entire office staff is great including the dental hygienists and ancillary staff. Dr Shemo is very knowledgeable and empathetic to patient's needs and their unique circumstances.

I GOT MY SMILE BACK AND I'M HAPPIER THAN I'VE BEEN IN YEARS;;; EVERYONE IN DR SHEMO'S OFFICE IS WONDERFUL THE EXPERIENCE ANYBODY WOULD HAVE THERE WILL BE GREAT!! THE BEST DENTIST IN THE STATE IS DR SHEMO!!! HANDS DOWN

Dr. David Shemo was rude and unprofessional. I went to his office to receive an assessment for a partial denture to replace one I got over 8 years ago that no longer fits. Not a challenging issue to begin with. I have spaces where impacted teeth have not erupted and partially erupted teeth, making it hard to chew food, but the teeth that are there are healthy. Because of the one partially erupted tooth, that space and a bit of space next to it cannot be filled by the partial denture. I am fully aware of that, and I understand. I just want to be able to eat normally and not cover my mouth when I laugh. Upon seeing my x-rays, Dr. Shemo immediately began to push for the Snap-On Smile. His tone was rushed and condescending. I tried to explain that I still wanted the partial denture. He mentioned that the cost of the Snap-On Smile was just $1200, and that whatever I did "will cost money anyway." I explained that my insurance would not cover that, but would cover the denture. He said my insurance doesn't cover dentures either. I verified that they would before I made the appointment. Several times he said the gap between my front teeth "just looks bad." He said a bridge or a partial denture would not fix that. I actually like the gap. I'm not self-conscious about it and it doesn't stop me from smiling when I have a denture in. Dr. Shemo stated that because of the gap, a Snap-On Smile would fit awkwardly and push my lip out. He said he would want to remove at least four teeth including the two front teeth, or file down the front teeth to allow for the Snap-On Smile. When I stated I did not want to do anything to my healthy teeth, he became irritated and said he was going to refer me to a prosthodontist to see what he would say. I do want to note that the RDH Jennifer (?), who did my cleaning, was absolutely wonderful. She saw me waiting at the window to check in while the receptionist blatantly ignored me, and offered to help me. She was friendly and kind. She was attentive and kept checking to make sure I was comfortable. She was so lovely, I forgot about the receptionist and believed that the doctor would be just as good. I was so wrong. I hope she doesn't stay there. She deserves to work at an office where her colleagues are as kind and competent as she is. TL;DR: Dr. Shemo will push you to buy something you don't want, and when you decline he will be rude AF and imply you're an idiot because he's the expert.

Dr. Lynskey is the most compassionate and wonderful dentist I have ever met in my life. I needed a lot of work done and I have severe dental anxiety, she has made me so comfortable through all of it. The entire staff is amazing. I highly recommend this office.
