Dr. David Kolakowski is a lifelong 'East-Sider'. He was raised in Warren, MI, and was a graduate of Warren Woods High School. He now resides here in Macomb with his family. Dr. K attended the University of Michigan-Dearborn for undergraduate study and was a 1988 graduate of the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. He maintains membership in the American Dental Association, the Michigan Dental Association, the Macomb Dental Society, the International Association for Orthodontics, and Delta Sigma Delta International Dental Fraternity. Dr. K regularly attends continuing education focusing on Orthodontics, TMJ dysfunction, Endodontics, and Dental Implant Restoration. In his spare time, Dr. K can be found boating, fishing, cycling, or pursuing his dream of being a rock drummer.
Dr. Eric T. Tye was born and raised in southeast Michigan. He grew up in Macomb and now resides in St. Clair Shores with his wife, Melissa. Dr. Tye graduated from Notre Dame Preparatory high school and earned his undergraduate degree in Nutritional Science from Lyman Briggs College at Michigan State University. He went on to attend the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, graduating in 2016. Dr. Tye maintains membership in the American Dental Association, the Michigan Dental Association, the Macomb Dental Society, Delta Sigma Delta International Dental Fraternity, and Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. Dr. Tye regularly takes continuing education courses to stay current on the latest treatment techniques & innovations. In his free time, Dr. Tye enjoys camping, hiking, snowboarding, and cheering on his favorite Detroit sports teams.
Dr. Logan White was born and raised in Muskegon, MI and attended Mona Shores High School in Norton Shores, MI. He attended the university of Michigan-Ann Arbor for his undergraduate studies and graduated with honors in 2012 with a concentration in Neuroscience. Dr. White then stayed in Ann Arbor to complete his dental education, earning his D.D.S. in 2016. After graduation, Dr. White completed a one year general practice residency at the Ann Arbor VA/University of Michigan Health System. Dr. White maintains membership in the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, the Macomb Dental Society, and Delta Sigma Delta International Dental Fraternity. Dr. White also focuses on continuing education to stay current with evolving trends and techniques in dentistry. In his free time, Dr. White enjoys playing golf, playing guitar, and enjoying an active lifestyle.

The office staff is so helpful and accommodating. The assistance are friendly and put you at ease. Dr tye is awesome. Takes time to explain the procedures. Very nice to talk to. And does excellent work. I highly recommend this practice. I'm anxious going to the dentist but this office is so great to deal with and makes me feel comfortable.

Great and friendly Hygienist and reception staff. Dr. White is always great to talk to, he gives upfront and detailed answers to all my questions. I've been very happy since I switched to this practice almost 2 years ago.

Always friendly, always efficient. I've been going to this same office since 1970 and I've outlasted 2 previous Dentists. Dr. Kolakowski and Dr. Tye are both great and I recommend them both very highly.

Dr. Logan White is hands down the best dentist I've ever visited. He repaired the bonding from another dentist and it looked so natural, but like the nicest version of natural. To the point where if you saw my smile you'd think it was a perfect natural smile which is what I was going for. I called, the next day I was in. He's extremely professional providing a lot of information for me to make an informed decision on things, but also explaining why he does things the way he does. Excellent experience and would highly recommend. The staff of the operation also are very nice on the phone. I spoke with Laurie.

Our insurance did not cover services at our previous dentist, so reluctantly I searched out a new dentist. I was very happy with the services and the staff on my first visit. Very helpful from the initial call, to the finish of my appointment. Highly recommend this practice and Dr. Kolakowski!
