Dr. David M. Causa is a native of Shillington, Pennsylvania and a graduate of Holy Name High School. He has been serving Berks County as an accomplished dentist for over 25 years. After high school, Dr. Causa attended Mt. St. Mary's College where he received his Bachelor of Science degree. He continued his studies at Georgetown University School of Dentistry. Throughout his four years at Georgetown, he was the recipient of multiple awards and graduated in 1981 with highest honors.
Dr. Causa opened his first solo practice in Mohnton, Pennsylvania in 1982 where he practiced for 25 years. In 2007, after many fulfilling years of practice, Dr. Causa and his staff moved to a new state-of-the-art facility on Route 724 in Spring Township. Dr. Causa continues to participate in continuing education courses and stays current with the latest technologies and periodicals. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Pennsylvania Dental Association, the Berks County Dental Society and the Academy for Sports Dentistry.
Dr. Causa's devotion to helping his patients and caring for people is conveyed outside of the office with his love for coaching sports, appreciation for music and guitar, physical fitness and spending time with his family and friends.

Our staff is highly skilled, uniquely trained and strives to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Our staff consists of team members with specialized training and multiple certifications, and each one of our team members has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.
Kylie is the Office Coordinator who has been working with Dr. Causa for five years. She is a resident of Wyomissing where she lives with her husband, Matt. Kylie is a graduate of Wyomissing Area High School and received her bachelor's degree in elementary education from West Chester University.
Crystal is a Registered Dental Hygienist who has been working with Dr. Causa for over two years. She is a resident of Tamaqua where she lives with her husband, Jim, and her two children, Nathan and Leah. Crystal graduated from Tamaqua High School and received her dental hygiene license from North Hampton Community College.
Jenny is a Registered Dental Hygienist who has been working with Dr. Causa for 15 years. She is a resident of Wyomissing where she lives with her husband, Josh, and her two children, Trevor and Ashlee. Jenny graduated from Muhlenburg High School and received her dental hygiene license from Northampton Community College.
Cheri is a Certified Dental Assistant who has been working with Dr. Causa since he started practicing over 30 years ago. She is a resident of Sinking Spring where she lives with her husband, Dave, and her two children, Megan and Kevin. Cheri is a graduate of Holy Name High School and received her certification at Northampton Community College.

We love Dr. Causa and all of the staff!! They are so friendly and take their time with you. You are treated like family. My two boys even love when they 'get' to go to the dentist thanks to how wonderful they are treated.

There isn't a dentist or staff that's any better then Dave, Sherri, Kylie, Jenn & Crystal ! They are the best ! If you not going there your losing out on the best experience of a lifetime ! We absolutely love them !

Dr. Causa is the best Dentist around. I called and made an apportionment in May after not going to a dentist for over 5 years. I needed a lot of work done on my teeth. My teeth were cracked, had holes, cavities, and had root canals done from my previous dentist that I never got capped and were ready to crumble. I was so nervous and thought there was no way my teeth could be fixed let alone look good. When I went in for the first exam the whole staff was so understanding, super friendly, and made me feel very comfortable that my fears went away. I never felt embarrassed or judged. Immediately they came up with a plan to fix my teeth and they asked me what I wanted to do first. I was self conscious about my front teeth because they were chipped and not straight. I never wanted to show my teeth and in pictures I would never smile and while talking I would cover my mouth with my hand. He said he could fix them and make them look good which I couldn't believe. My next appointment he fixed my whole top front teeth. His cosmetic dentistry is unbelievable the things he can do is really amazing. He than scheduled appointments for the rest of the work I needed done and broke it up into sections and it made it very easy and surprisingly not painful. My teeth look better than I could of ever imagined! I can't thank Dr. Causa and his Staff enough.

Dr. Causa is the BEST!!!! He and his staff are excellent and are very well trained and quite efficient. I have been going there for many many years. The entire staff is so gentle while cleaning your teeth it is wonderful. I actually look forward to going to the dentist with this company. 5 stars all the way! Pleasant, Caring, and Gentle. If you are looking for a new or better dentist, this is the place to go!!!

I've been going to Dr. Causa's dental practice for almost 15 years, and never had an issue. The entire staff is always very kind, accommodating, and the atmosphere is great. I would recommend the practice to family, friends, and people looking for a solid dentist.

I've been going to the dentist for many years and have had multiple dentists work on me from routine cleanings through root canals but I have never experienced anyone more understanding, professional, and just all-around amazing at their profession than Dr. David Causa. I wanted and needed to leave a review to let everyone possible know that if you're looking for a dentist to do things right and in the most comfortable, relaxing environment, Dr. Causa and his team are the best of the best! He recently performed cosmetic dentistry for me and I was so thrilled with the results I literally started crying tears of happiness. It's been 3 years with Dr. Causa and his staff and I wish I would have known about him 20 years ago. Thank you Dr. Causa for helping me trust and feel confident with my dentist.
