Doctor is great, but the lady behind the front desk doesn't care about customer service, the billing situation has been awful. I pay all my bills but being charged for the same tooth over and over is ridiculous, there are better Dental offices out there. After being there for years , I have to look for a better option, what a shame.

This doctor is SCAMMER!!!! He buys product, keeps the product and then he disputes the charges! Cheap and shameless!!!! Don't trust such a scammer with your teeth, he is a cheater and a scammer, and will ruin your teeth with because he is greedy and has no shame!

The dentist and clinical staff are great. The lady behind the desk however, Gail, is a nightmare. I had a small balance right, maybe $300-400. Which was in the 700's but was making payments on it. She refused to let me see the doctor one time cuz of my balance to get my crown put on after my root canal...like what?! You're not gonna finish what you started and let me continue making payments? Then she agrees to the payments. I made them every month. For some reason my card didn't want process, had the funds, told her I would be in after vacation to figure it or try another card. Get back from vacation, call to make payment. She sent me collections already and made me pay $175 fee. So unless you plan on paying everything up front. Avoid that nightmare of a woman!

Dr. Arnold is kind and compassionate. He preforms quality work and in a timely manner. I have referred many friends and family who have become long term patients because his prices are reasonable and he gets the work done properly and painlessly.

Always have a great visit to this office. The dentist and everyone are very nice and always caring. Customer service is great and very fast. Overall, it is an excellent and trustworthy dental office.

Horrible customer service! Went here for pain in my teeth and was told I needed work done but my insurance gave me an allowance. At each visit I was told how much money I had remaining in my allowance and now I receive a bill in the mail for 1100 because they charged me past my Insurance allowance! Still have pain in the tooth they supposedly fixed and they won't schedule an appointment to add more services for the tooth they said was fixed until I pay the balance. Office lady is very rude with an "I don't care" attitude..Now I have to find another dentist to fix the problems I'm still having that was never even fixed and PAY MORE MONEY! Would never recommend this place... it's a scam... they say you need this this and this but then add extra stuff without checking your insurance!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Arnold for over 40 years and followed him when he moved to Dyer. He is a very kind and caring man. He takes the time to chat before moving on with the check up. His staff is also very friendly and makes me feel at ease, especially because going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do! The receptionist also is friendly and professional. Highly recommend Dr. Arnold and his staff.

Recently wanted to make an appointment in advance to be seen for a cleaning and check up. I was told that I no longer have the right to make appointments..I can only try to make an appointment same day due to same day cancellations in the past. If that's the case I don't understand why I never was charged instead of now being turned away. I can handle being charged for a better explanation and dates provided to me about those same day cancellations. I've never once received a call or a warning about them. I won't be wasting my time hoping to get in when I can...when I'm taking care of an 8 month old I don't have someone to always be available. I've been a patient since high school so being told this I didn't waste my time going into detail about life events with the receptionist who told me about those "same day Cancellations" because not worth begging them.

Best dentist in the Region! I've been a patient of Dr. Arnold for many years and have never had a bad experience. The staff is helpful and caring. Looking for a new dentist I would highly recommend this dental practice.
