My family has been going to Dr. Powell for 20 years and we have always been happy with our experience at his office. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Dr. Powell is a professional who cares about his patients and staff. My grown daughter comes back to Huntsville for her dental needs since we trust his care and judgement. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking great dental care.

I have been a patient with Dr. Powell for 20+ years and have always gotten great service. He is friendly and professional. I use Annette for a hygienist and she is great. Erica is my son's hygienist and she is also very sweet. The entire staff is very accommodating and personable. Kim who works at the front desk is so helpful and nice. Dr. Powell's assistant, Tammy is very sweet and helps you feel at ease during procedures. Would definitely recommend this office.

DR POWELL ASSULTED ME BY PUTTING IN CROWNS THAT I TOLD HIM WEREN'T MADE CORRECTLY. HIS OFFICE FILED THE INSURANCE INCORRECTLY. I'VE EXPLAINED IT TO THEM REPEATEDLY. THEY WON'T (AND I DON'T WANT HIM TO EVER TOUCH ME AGAIN) MAKE MY CROWNS RIGHT AND THEY TURNED ME OVER TO A DEBT COLLECTOR FOR A BALANCE I DON'T OWE. DR POWELL is a horrible dentist!!!

I along with two other family members have been going to Dr. Powell for almost 30 years. I initially went to him when my previous dentists fillings started coming loose. Over the years, when ever I've had an emergency dental issue, Dr. Powell has always worked me into his busy schedule even if it meant working later than usual. His office staff is courteous, highly professional, and knowledgeable in filing whatever dental insurance I am using. His hygienists are equally competent and pleasant. I recommend Dr. Powell as a fine person and an exceptional dentist.

In high school, my family's over- zealous family dentist nearly destroyed my teeth with drillings and removals. That totally ended when I went away to college and a different dentist. When I came to Huntsville as a young adult, I met and became a patient of David. For over 30 years he has maintained my teeth and repaired the damage done to them in my youth. I have had caps, crowns, bridges, root canals, etc. but my now aging teeth are in excellent health - thanks to the work of David. He has always been caring, personable, knowledgable, efficient, effective, and gentle. Most important, he has always produced quality work. The same character description applies for another happy patient - my wife, though she has retained healthy teeth throughout her life. I highly recommend Dr. David Powell!

our experience was awful.we were there about a year and a half ago. all the work he did is having to be fixed by another dentist.we paid almost $1500.00. we don't recommend this dentist to anyone.1 star is too much.

My 85yr old mom had recently moved back to Huntsville and needed a dentist. After a not-so-good experience with one she visited for a simple tooth extraction (not an impacted tooth), she asked me for a recommendation. I recommended Dr. David Powell. He was willing to see her over the holiday weekend, but she was willing to wait for his next business day. And this is what she texted me just now: "YOU CANNOT IMAGINE HOW EFFICIENT, WONDERFUL AND WARM THIS DENTIST IS! I am done. Tooth came out in two pieces...this dentist needs to be recommended!" Thanks Dr. Powell for taking care of my Mom so well!
