Long story short, i had an awful experience with Aspen Dental in Sterling, Il. Kinda got talked into pulling teeth and going with dentures. The dentures (mainly lower) never fit, even after weeks of healing. Impressions were not right to begin with. I was recommended to Dr. Botsko. His office is over an hr away each way. I ve made numerous visits to him and have not been disappointed. I was very discouraged after my experience and Dr. Botsko eased that as we right away fitted for new dentures. He personally took impressions and has been fine tuning them by hand til we get it right. He did more in one visit than Aspen did the whole time. I was scared of the dentist my whole life(hence the reason im in this predicament), but he is very easy and down to earth to talk to. He even took time at the end of a day to take my call and answer a questions i had . Well worth the long drives.

great dentist. But the lab he uses? To make his dentures. Absolutely horrible. They do terrible, terrible work. I wasted. $4700. On my dentures. I will be going someplace else that uses. A different lab. To get new ones made again. This is. My 4th. Set of dentures, by the way. I know what? A good set of dentures Feels like. I feel terrible. About leaving. A review like this. I don't like talking bad. About someone's business. They've worked hard to build. But that is a lot of money. To flush down a toilet. The man. Needs. To use. A different lab. That don't send back bricks. And called them dentures.

Was a good experience. Dr. is easy to talk to, if you are not comfortable he will stop and make sure you are. My dentures are gorgeous I haven't smiled this big in years. It took several appointments but stick with him you will be glad you did my fit and smile are both outstanding. Thank you

I have known Dr. Botsko a long time and he does all my work. I had a root canal yesterday. Nobody wants to go through that, but if you do, Dr. Botsko"s office is the only place to do it. Always makes me comfortable and painless!! Very important to me!

Botsko is the best! His attention to detail and his patience in the fitting process is the reason dentures done by him are superior in fit. No problem whatsoever with any "clicking" when talking or chewing.

Before i went to dr botsko i used to s of poligrip and d ntures still moved sine he redid mine they dont move at all 100%recommend

Had some not so great dentists before... And super pricey ones too, so I hit Google to do some research. Finally found Dr Botsko and decided to give him a try Dr Botsko is very personable and easy to get along with. He knows his stuff. He took his time, and like a mad scientist he created the teeth I had always wanted. Very detail oriented, he balanced my wants with what was needed. I am confident if I ever have an issue I can go back and get it fixed. The price was quoted up front, and there were no surprise add ons. Thanks Dr Botsko, I'll be back. UPDATE: after having my dentures from Dr. Botsko a few years, I can honestly say they are the best ones I have ever had! They still fit perfectly and look great. I never need to use adhesive and the alignment is still on point. Highly recommend this dentist still!

Very gentle and understanding of fear of dentist. I had upper plate and lower partial done. Made sure it fit properly and looked good . Also had a tooth pulled no pain.

Great experience! Dr Botsko took the time to explain every step of my procedure and followed up even after office hours, staff is top notch as well. I highly recommend this business.

Should not have state license, did a pulpectomy on a tooth that did not need it and cause lots of unnecessary pain. Pushy and very very creepy, my wife also agreed! DO NOT GO TO HIM

First of all, I loathe going to the dentist but DR. Botsko took my appt on a moments notice, explained the procedure I needed and let me know what my Insurance would cover before he started. For the amount of work I had to have done the pain was surprisingly minimal and his staff even followed up with me later that night to make sure I was still ok.

In 1995 I saw Dr Botsko to get new dentures....loved him and his staff those dentures fit and looked great for 17 years ...had to get new ones this year and went to Affordable Dentures....worst mistake the dentures were cheap but did not fit me bite was off. I couldn't eat, my speech was not clear and changed my appearance. So I went back to Dr Botsko and he made sure I had dentures that fit looked good and today several people at work noticed the difference in my appearance and speech! I feel more confident .. Thank you so much for doing exactly what you said you would do!!! You are the best!! Sincerely, Candy Bales A year later and I still love the work Dr Botsko put into my dentures. the last 25 years I was unable to eat some foods like apples now I can eat an apple, I was so excited! Would highly recommend Dr. Bostko , He replaced a set of dentures that I had for several years. Replaced them in a very timely manner. No longer need polident to hold them in. Very patient and there to make his patients comfortable and satified. Thank you for the great service you provided!!

The care that I received from Dr.Botsko and his staff was beyond amazing. I needed a great deal of work done to have a beautiful smile and everyone at the office was amazingly kind through out the process. I was talk to and not talked at through the process of getting a lower and upper partial . I also saved an estimated 4000.00 by visiting Dr.Botsko then the estimate that I was given through Aspen Dental. I will continue to visit his office for all of my dental needs.
