Dr. David J. Weinstock has the extensive education, training, and experience necessary to provide optimal results for any dental procedure. Dr. Weinstock received his D.M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1987. Upon the completion of his dental training, Dr. Weinstock felt the desire and need to pursue advanced training in two of the specialty disciplines of Dentistry.
He entered the perio-prosthesis program at the University of Pennsylvania. This specialty program combined the disciplines of periodontics (the science of the health and care of the gums) and prosthodontics (the science of the replacement of lost or missing teeth or tooth structures). This three-year training program provided Dr. Weinstock with the skill, knowledge, and expertise to solve and treat most dental problems.
Since 1987, Dr. Weinstock has been an active faculty member at the University of Pennsylvania. In 1987 he served as a pre-clinical faculty member, in 1989 as a clinical faculty member, and from 1990 to the present he served as a Clinical Professor and Clinical Group Leader. As a Primary Care Unit (PCU) Director, he is responsible for supervising dental care that his students provide for their clinical patients during clinical training.

I have worked in the dental profession for over twenty years. The majority of that time has been working as an assistant to Dr. Weinstock. Working here has been a wonderful experience for me. I have met some very nice people, who have come in as patients and have left as friends.
I am a Philadelphia native and now reside in Delaware County. I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my grandchildren. I like to relax with a fine mystery novel and crossword puzzles, and I genuinely enjoy cooking and refinishing furniture.
I have been with Dr. Weinstock for 13 years. I began working as a Dental Assistant for two years while earning my associates degree in Dental Hygiene at Community College of Philadelphia. During this period I met many patients, which made my transition a lot easier.
I have been a Hygienist for 11 years. I want to enrich peoples lives by helping them enhance their smiles, educating them on proper home care techniques, and working in an office where our patients feel comfortable.
Dentistry has been a big part of my life for over 30 years. My expanded work experience has taken me to different positions in the dental field, Registered Dental Assistant, Receptionist, Supervisor, and Office Manager. I joined Dr. Weinstock as his dental assistant in 2014. One of my biggest joys is getting to know our patients. It is my goal to make sure every patient has an exceptional experience from the moment they walk in the door to the time they leave the office.
I was born and raised in Havertown and come from a very large family so speaking to people comes very naturally to me. I want to help people understand the importance of dental health while also getting to know them. I enjoy making people feel comfortable during their cleanings by using a thorough but gentle approach.

Wonderful experience! My new temporaries look and feel great after just one day! Can't wait for the permanent bridge. Dr W is excellent at pain management and went out of his way to make certain I was pain free during the entire proceedure.

I have serious dental phobia and thanks to the caring staff and skill of Dr. Weinstock, I made it through 4 visits and was quite relaxed by the final one. Everyone who works there is caring and professional and my teeth look great! I highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Weinstock saw me after a head trauma where I chipped several teeth and other teeth had shifted. He was so kind, caring and gentle with me considering the pain I was experiencing, and was able to shave down the jagged edges of my chipped teeth making it possible to speak better and eat soft foods! I have a long road ahead of dental work required to fix my teeth, but I know Dr. Weinstock will do an excellent job! I highly recommend him, not only for his excellent skills as a dentist but for his comforting manner and great people skills!

I have had a great experience as a patient of this dental practice. All of the employees are helpful and kind, and they do their absolute best to make you feel as comfortable as possible. They always ask if you have any questions at the end of a visit, and you feel like you have space to ask for more information instead of being rushed out the door at the end of your timeslot. The practice has been accommodating in scheduling a same-day emergency appointment for me, and has been helpful in submitting claims/predeterminations to my dental insurance as well. I'm happy to have found a practice I like so much, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist!

I've been seeing Dr. Weinstock for years now. I originally had a lot of work I needed done and Dr. Weinstock came up with a full treatment plan. My smile has never been better and it's given me a level of confidence I never realized I was missing. You couldn't ask for anyone better to care for your teeth. Everyone is always so lovely and caring here. I always get a phone call or email after my appointments with Dr. Weinstock to make sure everything feels comfortable. He's also very accommodating when I've had some dental emergencies pop up. I want to give a special shout out to Nancy and Jen as well, you've both been so awesome. You can trust that everyone here will take great care of you!

Dr. Weinstock and his staff are terrific! They give such personalized attention and care. They follow all of the Covid safety protocols. In addition, their follow up skills are incredible. After each visit they send a message to make sure I am feeling well and that there are no issues. Professional, polite, and experts in their dental area. I highly recommend them and only wish I had met Dr. Weinstock and his crew decades ago!

Dr. Weinstock has been my dentist for over 12 years. Beyond the expected dental expertise, he's a true craftsman and a perfectionist. In addition to having a few crowns made, years later, my veneers are still flawless and natural. The entire staff exudes professionalism and warmth. Most highly recommended!

AMAZING!! So I have a very big fear of the dentist that kept me from going regularly. Dr. Weinstock's office took care of that fear for me! The entire staff was absolutely AMAZING and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They all were sooo personable and listened to my needs and accommodated. My visits to Dr. Weinstock's office have been consistently positive. the front office staff is welcoming. I was always seen promptly. The assistants are competent and friendly. Dr. Weinstock himself is always warm, reassuring ("no pain" or "you might feel this just a bit"), and patient, and takes time to explain what he is going to do. I'm very happy having him in charge of my dental care.
