Dr. David Blackman is a board-certified and licensed dentist with over 35 years of experience in general, cosmetic and family dentistry. Dr. Blackman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) and is a graduate of the College of Dentistry at UIC where he received his Doctorate in Dental Science.

When hes not at work, Dr. Blackman enjoys spending time with his wife and family. Dr. Blackman has been married to Patty for 35 happy years. They have 3 grown children. His oldest, Carolyn, is married to Andy. Dr. Blackman just became a first-time grandpa to Carolyn and Andys daughter. Michelle is married to Justin, who is currently serving our country in the Army. Dr. Blackmans youngest, his son Mark, is a junior at Marquette University.
Dr. Patrick Carroll is an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon originally from the Chicagoland area. Dr. Carroll completed his undergraduate studies at Indiana University, Bloomington in 2003 with honors and earned an early admission to dental school. While at Indiana University School of Dentistry, he developed an interest in surgery. He graduated with distinction in the top 10% of his class in 2007. Then he began a hospital-based residency program in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN where he completed his training in 2011. Vanderbilt University Medical Center is a tertiary care facility and Level-1 Trauma Center where Dr. Carroll was an integral part of the facial trauma and reconstruction team. In addition to various rotations in general surgery, anesthesia, and internal medicine, he was exposed to congenital deformities such as cleft lip/palate, head and neck pathology, facial cosmetics, orthognathic corrective jaw surgery, TMJ disorders, and all aspects of dentoalveolar surgery including dental implants and wisdom teeth.
Dr. Rutger Stache was born and raised in Winfield, a west suburb of Chicago. He attended the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He continued his education at UIC where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2016. He then went on to complete a 3-year orthodontics residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago in May 2019 and earned a Masters in Oral Sciences degree.
As a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, and both the Midwest and Illinois Societies of Orthodontists, Dr. Stache is always keeping up to date with the latest advancements in the field. During residency, Dr. Staches research focused on treating patients with obstructive sleep apnea using an oral appliance, and he has presented his research at various professional conferences throughout the country.
Dr. Stache believes he is in the best profession and feels extremely fortunate to be a part of it. What he loves most is being able to positively impact peoples lives by improving their facial esthetics and giving them confidence in their smile.
Dr. Stache currently resides in Chicago. He is an avid marathoner and triathlete. He can usually be spotted on the lakefront path any given morning. He is a self-proclaimed foodie, part-time dog sitter, and enjoys cheering for all the Chicago sports teams.

As a dental hygienist, I work with each individual patient, establishing their current oral health and answering any questions they may have to make their experience with us more comfortable. I love to build great relationships with my patients and their families and Im always learning new techniques to make their dental experience better and more comfortable. I live in the western suburbs with my husband Kenny and our daughters Olivia and Juliana. In my free time, I like to spend time with my family and friends.
Being a hygienist for five years now, Im excited to have joined Dr. Blackman and his team because I can see that they share the same passion as I do for patients and the quality dentistry that they give. I have a heart for every single patient I see, especially working with little ones to calm any fears and make their visit fun! Rest assured any of your dental concerns will be addressed by myself or my amazing dental teammates!
Working in this office as long as I have, I think of our patients more like friends I get to visit with every six months. I love building relationships with patients that extend past the dental office. Our doctors are friendly and easy going, and when it comes to your complete dental and oral health, they are the best! I live in the western suburbs with my husband, Tom, and our children, Alyssa and Thomas. I enjoy working out, taking walks with my husband and watching our kids sporting events.
Working in this office is like working with family. We love to laugh and have a lot of respect for one another. Our doctors are truly wonderful at what they do and treat patients with the absolute best care available. I think its very important to listen to what patients needs and concerns are so we can give them a great dental experience. I am married with three sons, grandchildren, two cats and a parrot. I love to go to classic rock concerts, take walks, go for bike rides, swim and go on vacations!
In all of my years of dental assisting, I have never worked with a more caring office. The doctors and staff truly care about their patients and each other. We know that a patients time is important and their care is our priority. In our office, we maintain a calm and easy going attitude to make our patients feel comfortable while using the newest and latest in dental technology. I love spending my free time riding my horse, cooking, painting, gardening or just spending time with my friends and family.
