The staff there was very polite. When the doctor came in, he was very knowledgeable and took the time to really explain what was going on with me. He used pictures and physical models to show me exactly what was going on. I really appreciated that. The building they are in is undergoing some renovations, that's why there is some siding missing. The interior is nice, clean and welcoming.

Let's be honest, nobody likes to see an endodontist. It sounds painful, right? Well, I can tell you hand on heart: doc has gentle hands, he is pleasant and professional, surrounds himself with knowledgeable and careful staff. Highly recommended. Second time around 3 years later, different tooth problem, same professional, capable hands. What I really like is that Dr. Carter discussed at length my options, listened to my concerns and adjusted the treatment plan based on this discussion. This visit was during the peak of COVID outbreak in Toledo and I appreciate the safety measures that the office took.

Was there today, and felt like I was visiting with old family friends. Laughing and talking, and before I knew it, I was done. Dr. Carter, Georgia, and staff are the best in town!

I can't say enough about the kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern Dr Carter and his staff provided me at my appt yesterday. I would highly recommend Dr. Carter if you need to see a Endodontic dentist.

What can i say besides he is an amazing Dr. I went in for my 2nd root canal ever and the last one was with a very uncaring Dr who caused me great anxiety and had no bed side manor. I let Dr Carter know my experience and my worries and put my mind at ease. He spoke to me and his asst. The entire time taking my mind off my n worries, explained in detail what he was doing, what to expect, how much time was left and was just truly a caring person, not just a "Dr" making a buck... He shared stories of his life, of his family, and that made me felt like a friend not just a patient. I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to Dr. Carter and all of his caring and wonderful staff. I would recommend him to everyone i know and those i don't.. Sincerely greatful, Heather S.

Highly recommended!! They were able to schedule me last minute, did a thorough evaluation and workup, and were honest when talking me through my options. Dr. Carter and his hygienist, Shelly, were professional and kind with great bedside manner. Procedure went smoothly and the only pain I felt was from the numbing injections.

Dr Carter was a wonderful, very careing doctor. He cared about your concerns and fears. He answered all my questions first. He did not rush, and asked often if I was ok! I would recommend him to everybody! Very nice staff, very helpful. I will return if ever need another root canal!!

Had a root canal done by Dr. Carter, never had one before. He and his assistant, Georgia did a GREAT job! I felt no pain at all during and have had hardly any pain since coming home. Nice staff, nice office and very capable and nice doctor. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a root canal!
