Dr. David Hazelrigg has been a dentist serving the Evansville-Newburgh tri-state area since 1995. He is a graduate of Castle High School, class of 1987. He attended Western Kentucky University for his undergraduate work and continued his education in the dental profession at University of Louisville School of Dentistry. Dr. Hazelrigg obtained his Doctorate of Dental Medicine in 1995 and started his dental practice.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Hazelrigg is married to his wife Barbara and they have three children - Adam, Abby and Allie. When not busy with his family he enjoys all outdoor activities, especially archery, golf, fishing and camping.

Super nice staff, very friendly & help ease my anxiety I tend to get when going in for anything from a cleaning to a filling. Dr. Hazelrigg even called later in the evening to check & make sure everything was okay after a simple filling; I thought that was going above & beyond & have never had a dentist do this. Kindness goes a long way & this group is extremely kind!!

Terrible experience. Booked a time.arrived 30 minutes early...and still somehow ended up waiting over 30 minutes past my appointment time. Don't schedule appointments if you can't abide by them

We have been with Dr. Hazelrigg's office for over a decade. The entire staff is terrific and genuinely cares about their patients. My wife recently has some minor work done and Dr. Hazelrigg called her later the same day to follow up and make sure everything was fine. Our youngest is 7 years old and she is never scared because the staff has done such a terrific job acquainting her with everything as she has grown up. Five Stars!

Great experience. Dr Hazelrigg is very gentle and really knows his stuff. All staff are kind and friendly. It appears they all enjoy working there. That's a big deal these days. Whose dentist calls them personally after that new crown to make sure all is good? This one!!! Very impressed. Highly recommend Dr Hazelrigg

I was a nervous wreck as are most people when visiting the Dentist. If you're searching for a Dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Hazelrigg and Staff. Never have I felt so comfortable and welcomed. My cleaning and exam revealed a couple of areas that required attention. Everything was explained, before during and after my treatment. My teeth look beautiful and my smile is back! You will not be disappointed.

Amazing place! The care and professionalism this place shows is astounding!!! Barb is the lady who cleaned my teeth etc and she is the sweetest most caring person I've met. She understood that I was uneasy being in the chair and did all she could to make me comfortable. Dr hazelrigg called me from home on the evening that he extracted my wisdom tooth to make sure I was doing ok and didn't need anything! I cannot say enough good things about these people. Thank you so much
