Great staff and the facility is modern and clean. In particular Dr. Cedeno is patient and detailed in answering questions about the upcoming surgery.

Went in for a wisdom teeth consultation and Dr. Cedeno was very attentive and addressed all questions I had regarding the safety, recovery, and healing of wisdom teeth removal. I went through with the surgery and was very impressed by the professionalism and skill of both Dr. Cedeno and his assistants. The surgery went very well and I healed quickly as well with no complications. I recommend this Doctor if you want someone who is skillful, intelligent and caring to take care of all your dental needs. Thank you so much guys!

You need to know that Dr. David Cedeno and his support staff provides excellent service overall. I had two visits and both times everyone at the Wilshire address location was professional, courtesy, interpersonal, knowledgeable and informative. Dr. Cedeno provided top notch service extracting my tooth and gave detail information that made me feel worry free including making suggestion and recommendations. My outcome was successful. I appreciate the warm welcome and the positive atmosphere like I was right at home with the experts.

I was very happy we found this place. Office staff was kind and helpful. The doctor explained and wrote down what needs to be done, no other oral surgeon we visited did that. I highly recommend this place.

I was referred to Dr. Cedeno through my primary dental provider for one potential molar extraction. After bumpy follow through from the staff and three months of waiting for a consultation, I got to meet Dr. Cedeno. Right off the bat he recommended all four molars to be removed and a potential transplant from my jaw bone would follow. He also asked for $180.00 then and there for a scan that would give me a more accurate diagnosis. I left feeling eerie from the visit. I never got a call back from his staff to schedule the next appointment like he told me he would. I received a bill for $840.00 without receiving and service or work. I called his office to inquire about the charge and his staff was dismissive after letting me know that they would correct the bill. Other than a lack of professionalism, his front administration is foul.

Honestly, this office made me feel so welcomed and safe. The staff amazing and professional. After surgery, they took incredible after care of me and made sure I was good before discharging me. If you have any doubts, don't. They make sure you're well taken care of. I was fortunate enough not to swell after surgery. Pain was minimal and surgery went really fast! Thank you to the staff! You all were extremely patient and wonderful.

The receptionist was curt and dismissive. Doctor Cedeno was sarcastic, condescending and he insulted me during my consultation . The staff push Care Credit on patients who don't know what is covered by their insurance. Patients who inform themselves about their benefits and ask questions are not welcome at Dr. Cedeno's office. The first time I called, before I had an exam, I was told that I would have a co-pay because my insurance didn't cover everything. This was before I was asked what kind of insurance I had!! ALL of the staff members who I had any dealings with during my visit, casually mentioned insurance and treatment plans. This business doesn't bother with the niceties. After my consultation, I was asked to wait for another member of the staff (the rude receptionist) to talk to me about insurance and a treatment plan. I called my insurance provider while I waited. When the receptionist saw me on the phone, I told her that I wanted to have my insurance company on the phone to verify my coverage. Instead of proceeding with the Care Credit sales pitch (for people who have enough coverage from their insurance but just don't know it!) the rude receptionist said she would call me with my treatment plan and the details of what my insurance covers. I have not heard back from them. I'm relieved.

This review deals with the office staff not with Dr. Cedeno. I asked for a statement of the dental care a total of four times. Email, snail mail and FAX were options given. At least once I spoke directly to Dr. Cedeno to request this. Why were these reasonable requests totally ignored four times? Well eventually they did send the information. Also they refuse to address me by my title which I take to be sign of disrespect.

Going here was a huge waste of time. I had a consultation for wisdom teeth extraction, which was rescheduled last minute due to an "emergency ag the office." That's fine but when I finally got in for my appointment, I was told they would call back me that afternoon and in two weeks (!!) and explain what my insurance covered and what was out of pocket. I never got a call back. I'm not going to call them back and hunt them down about doing surgery inside my head if they can't even remember they're supposed to be doing it. So my main issue is I waited 2 months for an appointment and then another month to find out it was a waste of time.3 months later I still have my painful wisdom teeth. I even told the dentist I was in lots of pain from my teeth and didn't get a call back. Besides that, the doctor himself has a very weird vibe. He stood behind me in the doorway of the room staring at my x-rays in front of me for a good 5 minutes before saying anything to me (like hello or anything). A bit unsettling but ok. When he did speak to me it seemed as if he was disregarding what I was saying to him. He just kinda had his script of what he was going to say and my concerns weren't really heard, or at least verbally a acknowledged. Beyond that there's no damn parking and they want you to sit in the office for longer than the street parking allows. I know it's LA but It's ridiculous. The receptionists are rude. There was a very nice nurse that was working with me as fast as she could because she knew I had one hour on the meter. Just find another place to go.

I strongly recommend Dr. Cedeno. Removing wisdom teeth is a terrifying experience for anyone who has never been through an invasive procedure. However, Dr. Cedeno is an oral surgeon you can trust. He did an excellent job explaining the process of the procedure while simultaneously reassuring me of his surgical confidence. He demonstrated to me that he is a surgeon that will only recommend procedures that are necessary. For example, I went to Dr. Cedeno with three wisdom teeth. After looking at my x-rays, he determined that removing my upper left wisdom tooth was unnecessary in my case. His surgical assistants were also fantastic when it came to creating a comforting space for anxious patients like me. After the surgery, I healed quicker than I anticipated. I was practically back to normal within two weeks. I can not stress enough how attentive, knowledgeable and skilled Dr. Cedeno is.

Get a second opinion before going with this guy. He seems alright at first, like he's in it for your best interest but he's really just trying to rack up your bill with a bunch of unnecessary procedures. Definitely wish I would've seen all these negative reviews before going in but oh well. I feel somewhat lucky to have gotten out of there with only a stupid X ray bill. Once him and his staff start trying to get over on you please do yourself a favor and get out of there!

I was scared because of the bad reviews, but they were really nice to me personally. I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction. I previously went to a different place where they tried to charge me 1000k out of pocket and at last minute told me about the possible complications. With this Doctor, they were able to accept my insurance and only paid some out of pocket (about 600). It does seem extreme to be put on general anesthesia with an I.V., but It helped with my complicated extraction and feel like it was done quick and painless. The other place would've only done local. The bone graft was recommended was well explained as to why. I didn't feel much pain after the surgery which was amazing.

Had an appointment January 12th at 12:30 and was waiting for over an hour only for them to tell me that they couldn't see me in the end because of an "emergency." dont doubt that the unprofessional dentist had to take care of personal issues and used that as an excuse. if you like not having your time wasted id highly recommend going elsewhere. congrats on making your patients put up with wisdom teeth pain for another few days. Edit: If I could give this place no stars I would. I was told the insurance would take 2 to 3 weeks to approve my extraction and that they would call me when it was approved. I never got a call back from them I had to call them after three weeks. When I did call them they told me that my insurance approved it and that they had to get information from them so they would call me back later that day. Again that call never came . Had to call them back and finally said they can schedule my extraction, however, this is where they get even lower. They're charging 700 something WITH insurance and they want payment before the treatment even though every single dentist or surgeon I've been to has taken payment after the process. Not to mention that they havent even discussed what my insurance is covering. Not sure who's running the desk but whoever it is needs to be fired asap. Hands down worst place to come to and I was unfortunate enough to be referred to there.

Yenni and Maria took fantastic care of my mother. She's nervous about the dentist office. Them and the rest of the staff were wonderful. Thank you both so much.

(Translated by Google) I only put the star to give my opinion. Because they don't deserve it. Neither the Dr nor his team. In December they made an appointment for me for the extraction of a wisdom tooth. They took the X-rays, the budget was made. And they charged me. Then they sent me to the lobby for more than an hour the first time and maybe a second ovation. They made me buy the medicine at the pharmacy that is on the same floor as the lobby. And when many people come up at the reception. My sugar was low because I had not eaten because supposedly they removed a tooth. They told me to come back later or another appointment but they left me that they needed my medical history. If they had it, they would call me. I waited 15 days and called and nothing, 21 days and nothing and they told me that they would call me back. BUT if I don't talk to them, they don't talk to me, well ON January 11 it bothered me so much that I stopped talking to the doctor or his partner and always leaving me on hold. I should have hung up and called again. Very annoying, I canceled the service and asked for the full payment that they charged me last year. I called on Wednesday of the last week of January and told them that I had not received the check for the payment they collected. They put me on hold and they tell me that I was going to talk to Dr. and his partner. And they told me they would call me back and until today, Tuesday, February 3, they haven't called me. WHAT good opinion could be given ?????????????. ??????????????????????? Y me cobraron. Cia do lo tubieran me llamarian. Yo debi a colgar y volver a llamar.

This place is the best what are the negative reviews for ? You want what you want you gotta pay for it ,anyways I got 3 of my wisdom teeth taken out today in total I have 5 but the other 2 aren't ready but the process was smooth and not very long around 1hr and a half they talk to you before explaining everything and I recommend the local anesthesia because I literally didn't feel a thing you will be in and out sleep hearing them talk etc, but you still don't feel nothing i was scared for no reason , the Dr and staff are very cool people and the dr is just doing his job nobody is about to be holly jolly when it comes to surgeries he is confident in his work and he has pride nothing wrong with that , thank you dr cedeno I really appreciate your help taking out my teeth and your time today !! Ps you can't save your teeth only bummer. Lol
