Dr. David C. Circeo earned his bachelors degree in biology at Old Dominion University and studied dentistry at the Medical College of Virginia at Virginia Commonwealth University. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army Dental Corps where he graduated from the one-year Advanced General Dentistry program. He was stationed in Kansas and Germany. After serving in the military, he practiced dentistry in Annandale, Virginia before moving to Richmond, Virginia. He earned his fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, and is a current member of the American Dental Association and Virginia Dental Association. He was awarded the 2009 Style Magazine runner-up award for Best Dentist. In 2010, 2011,2012,2013 and 2014, Dr. Circeo won the Top Doc award from Virginia Living Magazine. Locally, he is a member of the Richmond Dental Society and the Implant Forum of Virginia. Dr. Circeo is married to Evelyn and they stay busy with their two daughters, Samantha and Sydney and one son, Anthony.

I hadn't been to a dentist in years and was feeling so anxious about my teeth, being judged for the lapse, and Covid. The entire staff here was so warm, welcoming, and understanding. They put me immediately at ease. I felt very safe and well cared for. It is clear the folks here love what they do and care about their patients. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I've been Dr. Circeo's patient 10 plus years and am totally impressed by him and the whole staff. Thorough and. state of the art, I have total confidence in him. His staff is equally as courteous, caring and pleasant. Every effort is made. btw.: Who else invites you to call his cell phone in an emergency? They are above and beyond. I thank you most sincerely.

Very disapointed. I have been a patient there for at least 6 years. I have gotten excellent care. However everything has changed now with covid. I have breathing problems and cannot wear a facemask. I had an appointment scedualed this week and was told I had to wear a facemask going in and out of the waiting room. This makes literally no sense from a virus transmission point of view. I was given zero options. I am willing to wait in the car etc. But I cannot wear a mask. I canceled my appointment and have moved to a different dentist who says I can wear a faceshield instead. I'm sorry about this whole situation and would have stayed with this dentist for many more years.

Great Dentist with great hygienists. Wendy is the best hygienist. Everyone is kind. While they are always booked, they manage appointments to a T with minimal wait time and efficient service. Average cleaning time for me from arrival to completion has been 30-40 minutes. My last dentist was about 1.5 hours every time. Big upgrade with this place.

Dr. Circeo and his staff actually make going to the dentist pleasurable. Everyone was very kind and patient and there was zero judgement. I wish I would have discovered his office when I first moved to Richmond.
