Dr. Billings and his staff diligently work together as a team. With over 70 years of experience combined, they haveaquired thespecialized training necessary to prevent, diagnose, and treat your dental conditions. They stay current on the latest advances in research and treatment so you know youll get the most advanced care available anywhere.
Dr. Billings graduated with academic honors from University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 1983. He also received the Quintessence Book Award Scholarship his senior year for excellence in restorative dentistry. The Gamma Pi Delta Prosthodonic Society awarded him for his technique ability as well. In 1986, he moved to Calvert County and practiced in Dunkirk for 19 years. Dr. Billings now moved to his new practice in 2006 right off of Chaneyville Road.
He has been a proud father raising three wonderful children these past 25 years. He has lead both sons as head coach for Babe Ruth little league for over 10 years. Michael, his eldest, went to DeMatha Catholic High School, attended Washington College on the eastern shore, and then graduated from University of Maryland School of Dentistry 2009. Michael has worked with his father at the Owings office and has his own office in Edgewater. Dr Billings' daughter, Erin, went to Northern High School and graduated from Towson University with a major in Theatrical Studies 2006. His youngest child, John, went to DeMatha Catholic High School, attended Gettysburg College and is a graduate of Catholic University Law School 2013.
When you call the office chances are you will hear the pleasant voice of Debbie. You will be secure in the fact that not only your scheduling will be properly handled, but any billing questions you have will be expertly expedited. We promised her we would not tell how many years of experience she has.
Susan received her dental assistance degree at Tacoma Park, Maryland and then went on to recieve her Bachelor of Sciece degree in Environmental Sciences at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. She started her carreer as a dental assistant in 1976 and has been working with Dr. Billings for 22 years.
Susan also has five children. Lisa, Jeffery, Joe, Kayt, and Allie are a byproduct of the Calvert County School System and have gone on to pursue their careers. Within the past few years she has been blessed with five grandchildren.

I don't know why I haven't written a review on Dr Billings yet. It's been several years now and I'm still so very happy he is my dentist! Everyone in his office is like family, professional and friendly. Not only is Dr Billings an amazing dentist, but he is an artist as well. He creates perfection and makes you feel comfortable in the interim. He cares about his patients and loves his profession. The music he plays is fantastic and it's always comforting. I love this dental office! Seriously! I'll never go anywhere else for my dental needs.

I have been going to Dr. Billings for 3 years now and he's always been awesome. Today he went way above and beyond! Called him on a Saturday (office closed) VM said to call cell#. Doc called me right back and after explaining I had severe pain and swelling in 1 of my teeth, he told me to meet him at the office in an hour! He came in and fixed me up enough to relieve the pain. Words can not describe how amazing that was. I have always highly recommended him but today was the gold filled icing on the cake!!! Thanks Dr. Billings, you're an amazing person and the pinnacle of your craft!
