Dr. Naegele and his team did a phenomenal job with my teeth today during my cleaning. I'm very pleased with how my teeth feel and look afterwards. Plus, they do everything right when it comes to the COVID precautions.

The entire staff is wonderful including Dr. Naegele. I had to reschedule my appointment multiple times due to illness and death in the family. The office staff was absolutely wonderful and comforting. Dr. Naegele is extremely professional and explains everything. The office was extremely safe and I felt very comfortable in terms of their safety and Covid protocols.

My family and I have been in the care of Dr. Naegele and his wonderful team for many years. We have always been able to rely on his superior expertise in resolving a multitude of dental problems and concerns. I just had an amazing hygiene visit with Joanne. Her caring, thorough, yet gentle manner is indicative of the approach of Dr. Naegele's practice. The bar for infection control has always been extremely high. Thus the challenges brought on by the pandemic have been met head on with measures to ensure the safety of patients and staff far beyond one's expectations. Clearly, Dr. Naegele and his team has made every effort to provide all his patients with the excellence in dentistry he holds to be his mission statement.

Dr. Naegele and his entire team at Bayside DMD are in a class of their own. You become family here, where everyone knows your name and it's that personal touch that has an everlasting impression. This was my first visit back during the pandemic and I must say the safety measures and protocols implemented are superior to anything I've seen. My wife and I felt very safe and comfortable in their care.

Dr. David Naegele, as always very professional, friendly, top notch office safe environment . Joann, hygienist did a great job, check all aspects of my mouth, and cool small camera technology for a detail closeup of teeth and explaining overall steps for maintenance.

- Strictly follows Covid-19 protocols - Courteous / Engaging/ Friendly staff - Offices are Immaculate - Doesn't force one particular course of treatment, instead offers various treatments along with the pros/cons - uses state of the art equipment I highly recommend Dr.Naegele

Let me start by saying what a HUGE FAN I am of Dr. Naegele and his practice! Today was my first visit since COVID hit and I was thrilled to see all of the safety protocols put into place. As usual, the office is beyond spotless and each and every staff member is kind and compassionate. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Thank you, Dr. Naegele and staff!

Spectacular covid-19 safety measures. Immaculately clean and abundant precautions. Thanks so much for all the care and concern these past 7 months of the global pandemic Dr. Naegele. Much appreciated. Been going here about 8 years now at the recommendation of a close friend whose whole family has been going there for 10+ years. One really good note about Dr. Naegele is that he never makes assumptions about what you want. He never makes you feel like you need any extraneous, non-essential work. My husband has now been going here as well for about 3+ years. (There are numerous dentists out there who encourage a lot of cosmetic work, even the most minor, assuming you would definitely want it - but if it's not absolutely necessary for health and wellness, it should be presented that way.) Health and safety are the first and foremost concerns at this office and that is what a dental practice should be. Conveniently located across from the Bayside LIRR station. Available patient parking spot in the back driveway. Recently renovated shortly before the global pandemic so the office is aesthetically pleasing in its design, colors, layout, fixtures and decor. Highly recommended.
