Dr. Cowan has been providing quality general, cosmetic and restorative dentistry for more than 25 years. He graduated from Oregon Health Sciences University in 1987 thencompleted his Post Graduate training in General Dentistry at United States Naval Reserve, San Diego, CA, receiving an honorable discharge. His first practice was started in Salem, Oregon in 1996 and relocated to California in 2006 where he has been proudly serving the Santa Barbara area ever since.
Dr. Cowan is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association and is a certified Invisalign provider. He hastaken extensive continuing education courses, most recently specializing in Veneer & Crown restoration.

The office is very convenient open on select Saturday's. So I don't need to take a day off from work. The office is very clean and they place a warm towel with aromatherapy to calm me down during the procedure. Dr. Pham fixed my two cavities in one visit. I was nervous but staff was great and the shot felt like a pinch. I looked at my tooth (before) it was done. I had an ugly old filling. But now it's a beautiful tooth I can't even tell where the filling was done and the tooth since it blends beautifully. Definitely recommend.

This doctor is so professional and you can tell he loves what he does. Everyone is so welcoming and makes you feel very comfortable. Very nice and very clean office and you can see the doctor is very loving a caring towards his patients. As a student of Charter College going for a DA, he gave very good beneficial tips on what too expect in a dental office. I would definitely recommend coming to him for any services needed! Definitely will be coming back for services!

Exceptional staff and dentist with great customer service! Dr. Pham and his team were able to work with my schedule to get my filling done same day as the exam, so I would not have to take more time off work. Very relaxing experience with great music, warm towels, essential oils, and above all painless!

A great office is based on who works there, their skills and attitude. Dr. Pham and his staff sets the example in creating a caring culture for his patients. I had a tooth extracted and Dr Pham and his staff did an amazing job keeping me calm the whole time since I get nervous. I highly recommend him and his office. He's the best.

Great first visit with Dr. Pham....he and his team were friendly and professional. I appreciate both the high-tech equipment and the nice touches such as the aromatherapy and basket to place my jewelry in when removing it for X-rays.

While enjoying a piece of toast at breakfast a couple of weeks ago, I discovered one of my crowns wanted to be a part of my breakfast as I was confronted with holding it in my hand. After a brief search for a nearby dentist, I called, made an appointment and was seen as soon as I could arrange my schedule. Everyone was beyond pleasant and professional. Once I took the seat of honor, Dr. Phan took over and made it all happen. That old crown was no longer an option. He gave me some options and we decided on the best course of action for me. Happy to report, the crown arrived a few days early; I was contacted and we advanced my scheduled return date the same date. All done. I couldn't be more pleased. Couldn't have asked for a better result....

I've been going to Dr. Cowen for a few years before he retired and I was nervous about going back now that Dr. Pham has taken over. My worries were immediately alleviated. Dr. Pham is just as friendly, caring and willing to explain as Dr. Cowen was. In addition, it looks like they've upgraded to some newer equipment that makes the experience more comfortable. I'll definitely be coming back here.

The best dental practice out there! Dr. Pham and his team are amazing. They are professional and personable. I am from out of town visiting Camarillo and got a tooth ache. They took care of me same day. They have a nice snack and coffee area. I also enjoyed watching tv while getting my tooth worked on. I highly recommend Camarillo Premier Dental

Great dental experience. I was extremely anxious, as I have had negative experiences with previous care. Dr. Pham settled my nerves and was so gentle throughout the entire appointment. The office went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during my procedure. The office also went through some nice technology changes. I highly recommend Camarillo Premier Dental, especially anyone who is anxious when it comes to dental work!
