These orthodontists caused me several irreversible (without surgery) injuries and permanently disfigured my mouth in easily preventable ways had there been a single slimmer of transparency. 'A single sentence could have prevented this' level of easy. There is 0 transparency in the process and they do not note or mention if parts of your mouth is actively scratched to the point of bleeding and bruising. I also had my teeth evaluated by a professional, in which I was told I did not need braces for several months and they were actively impeding me from getting an dental appointment that could cause ANOTHER irreversible damage if not seen within the next month. They also actively lie to you about the process. If you have not worn your rubber bands sufficiently, they will not mention it and just tell you that there is great improvement when there is physical proof for no change.
