My nephew has autism and recently got an insurance plan that has dental with Humana, this dentist office came up first. He has a LOT of dental issues, he took it up on himself to look up what dentists he could go to (huge surprise because he has many issues with socializing, but is very high functioning) found that this was the closest one. He got them on the phone, verified they took his insurance, and they even told him that they would surely call him if they couldn't take him. Appointment was today, he walked OVER SEVEN MILES, had to stop at a store before he got there just to change his clothes because he was very wet! 88 degrees heat! Lady at the desk says the don't even take his insurance, not even remotely. Do not make appointments with them on the phone, they have no idea what they're doing and they have no knowledge of what plans they accept. He walked out almost in tears after the lady demanded $59 which he does not have because his insurance is supposed to cover his exams and other things. Huge huge disappointment for him. He will now likely never try to get dental help from anyone again after this. I wouldn't give these people business until they know how to run their business.

I was very worried because I did not expect it, I thought my teeth and gums were fine but I sought a second opinion at the Walmart Poinciana dental clinic (it is new) I did not tell them the diagnosis they had given me or anything, they made me a quick cleaning and they gave me my certificate, at the end of it all I asked them about my gums AND sure enough I didn't have periodontitis. That is malpractice, they invent diagnoses to get money from unsuspecting people, in fact my daughter was also told a month before me that she had periodontitis' when she went to have her wisdom teeth removed, but she did not know if she had the treatment and I pay for it, I recommend that you look for another place, in addition to being expensive, it is unprofessional, unethical, and under no circumstances do I recommend this place. Eso es mala praxis, inventan diagnosticos para sacarle dinero a la gente incauta, de hecho a mi hija tambien le dijeron un mes antes que a mi que tenia periodontitis' cuando fue a sacarse las cordales, pero ella por desconocimiento si se hizo el tratamiento y lo pago, yo les recomiendo que busquen otro lugar, ademas de caro es poco profesional, sin etica yo bajo ninguna circunstancia recomiendo este lugar.

As a doctor myself , their service was professional and thorough ! I like Dr Viktor approach of don't fix it unless it's broken , not trying to get me to do anything I don't need. Milrine is an excellent hygienist and very thorough! I hate pain and she gave me topical anesthetic before the local for free , appreciated that !

Dr. Viktor Pavlidakey is the absolute worst. He is quite rude, condescending and useless. I have been to this practice multiple times with complaints about a bridge I had placed 2 years ago that never did quite align very well. I made an appointment, explained why I needed to come in again and was assured they'd get me in to make my mouth more comfortable. I started my appointment by reviewing my history with this office and sharing the 9 visits I've been in for the same issue however this time I had seen another dentist who spotted open margins on my bridge and sent me back with their Xray to support my complaint. This Viktor dude repeatedly said I understand your frustration, I can see you are frustrated BUT I didn't do it, I didn't work here then. I asked him to stop apologizing and saying he sees I am frustrated and asked for a plan of action. This guy then takes a stern, forceful voice and tells me to quit being rude to him and then tells me he won't see me because he didn't install the bridge and I have to come back when the practice owner is there. He walks me to the front and I make an appointment for today and ask for my records to be printed, all the while this creeper (Viktor) keeps walking behind the receptionist, touching her back and asking if she's ok. I visited today and saw Dr. Mihn who was very welcoming, apologetic for the issue, offered a plan, fixed it and took more X Rays that I could see looked great. Viktor was there and he was lurking about, trying to see if drama could be stirred I suppose. What a horrible Dr. this Viktor guy is. If you go here, demand anyone but him and may the odds be ever in your favor.

The hygienist Mirline Theodore is amazing! Very pleasant, thorough, and kind. The staff overall is great! I highly recommend as Mirline Theodore is fast and effecient when it comes to cleanings!

Had a routine cleaning on Monday morning at 8am and checked in with the receptionist at 745am. Sat in the waiting room until 840am with no update on if or why they were running late. Mind you the hygienist came out 25 minutes earlier to refill her water jug. I eventually had to go up to the desk to find out what was taking so long. Receptionist was not the same lady I checked in with and immediately gave me an attitude, she walked in the back and came back a few moments later and told me the hygienist with be with me "shortly". About 5ish minutes later, the hygienist Carmen came and brought me into the room. She was very unpleasant and barely spoke two words the entire visit. Two days later, I see I have money owed from my visit for a fluoride treatment that I was never informed that I would be getting. Mind you, I told the reception at check in that I wanted no additional services besides a standard cleaning when she was trying to up-sale the visit. Every visit I have had with this office, I have always had to wait 30-45 mins past my appointment time. This office ALWAYS tries to up-sale their services, beyond what is normally covered by insurance. Will definitely be searching for a new dental office for my next visit.

Staff was amazing and so courteous . My cleaning was done to perfection and tooth shade seemed brighten as if I got a whitening treatment but it was only a routine cleaning. I'm beyond pleased.

Your office is the best I have been to in 30 years. Very proffesional, friendly. Everything is explained. You talked to me instead of at me. We discussed the best options for my long term dental plan. You have the best pricing around and I compared you to several. You have made my visits pleasent instead of nervewraking. Sunday I was back & had 3 broken molars pulled. Its 2 days later and I have had no pain or soreness at all. You guys are the best! Thank you guys for taking away the anxiety I had over a dental visit.
