I grew up in Blacksburg, VA, and moved to North Carolina in 1998 to attend North Carolina State University where I received my Bachelors degree in Biomedical Engineering. I then continued my education and received my Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry. After graduation, I continued my training through the Clinical Mastery group based out of Tempe, AZ, completing an extensive cosmetic program in full-mouth rehabilitation.
I think the best way to stay on top of the best techniques is to never stop learning. It is critical to grow as a practitioner by learning from the best in the field and expanding my knowledge and specialties so I can serve my patients and community better. I do this through memberships in the Gateway Study Club, North Carolina Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Dental Association. Additionally, I am a Fellow in the International College of Dentists.
My husband Jeff and I have a daughter Emory and a son Blake. We love to spend time as a family, whether were just hanging out or doing arts and crafts projects. I also play a lot of tennis and like to scuba dive and be outdoors.
One of the best parts of being a dentist is getting to be so involved in the community. The people in and around Henderson are so loyal and friendly, and I enjoy being active in such a flourishing area.

I am a 2008 graduate of the UNC-Chapel Hill dental hygiene program. I pride myself on my attention to detail and desire to deliver the best care that I can to my patients. I enjoy attending continuing education course so I can stay current on all the latest research and preventive oral healthcare.
I have been in dentistry for over 15 years. I was a certified dental assistant for 2 years before graduating dental hygiene school in 2005. With each patient, I strive to build personal relationships that are centered around educating and motivating patients to maintain better oral and overall health.
I joined Dr. Dauritys practice in 2016, bringing with me five years of experience as a dental assistant. My focus is on our patients. I make sure theyre comfortable and relaxed, and keep them updated on what Dr. Daurity is doing The best part of my job is getting to see patients huge smiles after weve helped them obtain their desired oral health outcome. I look forward to coming to work every day and being around such an inspiring group of people.

Every aspect of our office has been designed with you, the patient, in mind. Our office offers the latest in dental technology, all designed to provide you with the best dental care and treatment. We utilize all-digital X-rays, which greatly reduces the amount of exposure while provide exceptional diagnostic imagery. Our office also uses paperless charting allowing us to be more environmentally friendly and reduce the amount of paper we use. Every treatment room is equipped with a mounted TV that we use as a visual aid to help us discuss treatment options and review charting. The TV also can be used to help you relax and enjoy some programing during your visit.

Dr Daurity and her staff have been amazing. From cleanings, crowns and Invisalign, they always care about me as a person, not just another patient they are getting in and out. Dr Daurity has gone above and beyond to give me a beautiful smile, and I'm so grateful.

Pleasant atmosphere with friendly, knowledgeable staff members. Wait time for my appointment was <5 minutes. Dr Daurity was both patient and thorough as we discussed best course of action for both current situation and long-term goals. Angela, the hygienist was also top-notch. I'm thrilled to have found them for my dental care.

I was going to a very large practice and had no personal relationship, seeing a different doctor every time. On my first visit at Daurity Family Dentistry I was greeted warmly by staff, my initial paperwork was efficiently processed and I was brought back promptly. Dr. Daurity greeted me herself and even though a staff member had just unexpectedly left (after going into labor early!) there was no delay in my treatment. I much prefer the warm personable attention of a small office and highly recommend this team!

I went in Monday morning needing a tooth taken out badly they checked me in and went straight to taking x rays, They talked me through everything from the procedure all the way to the after care! I would highly recommend this dentist office. I personally can't wait to go back to get my braces done

Have a been a patient to this dentist office for over a decade and through all the changes in staff, over all the staff is professional, and supportive of the patient's needs in regards to dental. My last visit included a cleaning and the staff was very detailed and were considerate of my status through out the whole process. The staff was very open to questions and did a great job of explaining information to my level of understanding. I recommend this Dentist Office.
