With more than 20 years of experience, Dr. Darryl A. Field has established himself as a leader in dentistry. He is a periodontist and implant dentist who serves families in St Johns. Duval, and Nassau counties. After completing his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at LSU School of Dentistry, he signed on for a three-year residency to start his journey to become the fantastic periodontics specialist he is today.
During this time, he also served as a part-time Clinical Instructor in the Department of Periodontics and has taught oral pathology for the FCCJ Dental Programs (also serving on the Curriculum Review Committee). These experiences culminated in Dr. Field discovering the profound love and passion he had for dentistry especially periodontics.
Upon moving to Jacksonville in 1997, Dr. Field decided to build a dental office where you could enjoy outstanding implant services and periodontics while being treated like family. As a result, our periodontist uses the principles of modern comfort and superior care to create a unique atmosphere where patients thrive.
Dr. Field is happily married to his wife Carla, and they have two children, Madeline and Tripp. As a couple, they decided to move their family to Florida to start a new personal and professional adventure.
