Darren Gonzalez, DDS Dr. Darren Gonzalez completed his Bachelor of Science degree in biology at Chico State before attending dental school at USCF, graduating with his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 1997. He has completed extensive continuing education in implant surgery, biomaterials, 3D imaging and CEREC same-day dentistry. He also completed a General Practice Residency at St. Marys Hospital, Yale University. Dr. Gonzalez is also certified in sleep dentistry and has practiced in the Santa Rosa area for over 21 years.

Dr. Gonzalezs family has been in Santa Rosa for 40 years. His son, Jake, is a northern California wrestling champion, and is currently attending Tech High. In his spare time, Dr. Gonzalez and his son scuba dive.
Tammi Office Manager Tammi has been with our team since 2011. She enjoys interacting with our patients, and goes above and beyond to make sure our patients are well-informed of their procedures, co-payments and treatment plans. Tammi and her husband of 19 years have two children. In her spare time, she coaches softball, and enjoys hiking and being outdoors.
Teresa Dental Hygienist Teresa has been with our team since 2004! She is a team player, and enjoys educating her patients to help them keep their mouths and smiles healthy. Teresa has been married for 19 years and has twin sons. She loves to vacation, and can often be found camping, hiking, kayaking and spending time with her family and friends.
Charlene Registered Dental Assistant Charlene is Dr. Gonzalezs registered dental assistant, and has been part of our team since February 2020. She brings her calming demeanor chairside, and sets patients at ease. Charlene has been an RDA for over 30 years! She enjoys boating, horseback riding, camping and all outdoor activities. Charlene has been married for 16 years and has 2 step children.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gonzalez since he started in Santa Rosa. My teeth are in great condition. My dental hygienist, Theresa, is fabulous. I actually enjoy having my teeth cleaned. The office staff are so welcoming and efficient. The intire team genuinely cares about their patients. Dr. Gonzalez and his staff continue to do excellent work. What I wrote 4 years ago remains the same. It is so nice to not have to worry about my dental health as I age. Thank you all. 10/31/22

I've been a patient for over 15 years. They genuinely care about their patients. I live an hour away now and still go to Dr. Gonzalez's office because he and his staff are such top notch people and are great at their jobs.

I went to Dr. Gonzalez for a fairly routine procedure, but upon seeing a new and more urgent issue on my CT SCAN, Dr. G immediately found room in his busy schedule to work on me ASAP. He puts his patients' needs first. Dr. G is the consumate perfectionist at his craft; and always very thorough and kind. As a nearly 70 year old patient, I began seeing him 2 years ago when I started having one dental emergency after another, and he's always worked with me. He really cares cares about his patients.Thanks Dr. G!

Everybody here is friendly and helpful. I appreciate the efforts to ensure any work done is as comfortable as it can be. I feel like they really care about their patients and their dental health. My only suggestion is to please explain any needed treatments before escorting to the appointment/check out counter. I leave with follow up appointments that I don't understand and have to ask, or guess.
