Every time I look at my teeth, I say thank you Dardenne Dental. They are efficient schedulers, a pleasant culture, and technicians make it suck a lot less. I'm used to pain and discomfort. They are full opposite side of the pendulum.

i've been bouncing from dentist to dentist for years until i finally found this place. i've never felt so comfortable, reassured & heard at any dentist or doctors office, they take super good care of you & it doesn't cost an arm and a leg :)

Fast and Friendly. Got a filling and it was easy peasy, but after a week or so my bite was still off and had some pain. Called, got in the same day, and Kelly was able to fix my bite in a matter a seconds. Highly recommend.

First off I want to write that I never do any type of reviews but I thought in the situation I needed to, to let everybody know our experience at Dardenne dental arts. First off we moved to Missouri a few years ago and got referred to this dentist office by a few neighbors, (all neighbors and clients who know longer are patients here) eventually they all ended up having issues with messed up route canals/dental procedures and found a different dentist office in Wentzville where we live. I however never had an issue for the past few years until now so I sticked with Dardenne (going against the word of our original referees saying things about the facility people being fired or removed from the practice because of not knowing where they were doing) They told me they were watching my sons tooth as it may have being starting to form a small cavity but it wasn't anything to worry about at this time. Six months later we go back for a six month routine check up and they tell us the same exact thing when I asked about the tooth that is hurting my son. We wait another 6 months and they don't even bring up the tooth, I did and they then said he was still fine and they were putting a "watch" on it. (he is 7 years old) The dentist then tells me that there's nothing to worry about and they will keep an eye on it and we should check back in another six months..... two days later my son brings me half of his tooth that is literally black and decaying from the inside. (The dentist took xrays so they should have been able to tell he had a cavity this bad the passed 3 visits) I call up there frustrated because it is their job to let us know a year ago when we first went there with a tooth that was hurting. They then tell me over the phone since half Of it fell out that he will have to get the other half of his tooth removed but they have no available appointments due to Christmas break being a few weeks out and everything being taken up. They did not take this seriously at all and did not care about my son. The lady at the front desk said he needed to get the tooth removed immediately but their specific acid office could not do it due to lack of appointments available . It was an emergency procedure which they refused to even make an appointment for him but said he needed to get the tooth out ASAP and to find someone else to do it. I was absolutely shocked by the lady at the front desk she was no help and couldn't refer me to anyone else, I had to do research all on my own and just two days short notice to get his decayed and rotten tooth that Darden be dental was apparently "watching". This place seems very clean and organized from the naked eye but is not good with customer service or real dental work. I would never ever recommend to anyone please be aware of our situation and others that we know that have been there.

My family will not return. During my appointment the dentist was extremely short and condescending to me and told me to "use my words" after I nodded yes due to my mouth being numb. He then proceeded to gossip and bash a stay at home mom to his tech (the wife of a mutual friend...), while working on my (a stay at home moms) teeth. I found it to be an extremely unprofessional conversation to have in front of any patient, let alone another SAHM. This alone made me never want to return. Then while paying, their finance lady was extremely nasty to me over a simple miscommunication over the phone. She was so rude in fact, snapping at me and exclaiming "I don't know how you're confused, I told you clearly on the phone", that I left in tears. While their treatment costs and payment policies are fair, the way I was spoken to by staff was completely unacceptable and out of line. All together the worst experience I've ever had at any dentist or medical office. I definitely would not recommend them.

I have always been afraid of going to the dentist, so when I do go in I have issues because I don't keep regular appointments. I had to have two extractions, and the teeth were causing me a lot of pain. They got me in before noon the next day. They were kind and understanding and Jill- the dental assistant who was with me had me at ease and laughing. My procedure was very affordable and I am pain free. It was the best dental experience I've ever had financially and socially. I am so glad I found this office!

My first experience was great. However, my recent experience has me questioning if I want to continue seeing Dr. Reyering. I have good dental hygiene and have never had a cavity until my recent visit. It was honestly hard to hear that I now ...

Great staff and facilities. They genuinely care about improving your oral health regardless of where you are starting. My kids enjoy it and are motivated to keep their teeth clean by the programs they offer. They have offered an up sell on everyone of my visits, but it's a business and just like us, businesses like/need to make money.
