i've been dealing was jaw pain since march and after numerous scans, X-rays and an MRI was finally able to get a mouth guard in august but had to wait until now to get it due to being at college and them not having a very flexible schedule. Got to their other location today to receive the guard and they don't have it here even though they were supposed to have it and this appointment has been made well in advance. If you value your time and money, find a different dentist.

I've received excellent professional care, care delivered with courtesy and compassion. Who could ask for more? Six months later and I see that their business continues to grow. I continue to receive excellent care from the hygienists, even though it seems I'm with a new one each time I come. They've also added a new dentist to the staff, and they continue to modernize their equipment. I'm due for another teeth cleaning in two weeks. Meanwhile, I had a couple of unexpected problems turn up. A crown came off of a lower right molar. Some time before that, a piece of enamel chipped off of a lower front tooth. Both were efficiently repaired (I kept the crown when it came off.). Professionals and staff are all very cordial and businesslike. They do what they can to minimize discomfort and to ensure excellent service. In my latest visit (09/25/2020), I had my teeth X-rayed in record time, thanks to new equipment. I had a new dental technician clean my teeth, due to a maternity leave. The work was excellent and I got very good advice about maintaining my teeth. My visit to Darby Dental today entailed only a brief wait, given that I arrived about 15 minutes early. The hygienist was very patient and methodical. As usual, Dr. Kyle checked her work and even noted that for a guy my age I have very good teeth. Over the years I've gotten very good advice on their care. In my latest visit (9/30/21), my teeth were cleaned by a new technician. She did a thorough professional job. Before I was seen, i had new paperwork to fill out identifying any significant health issues. Given my age (72), that was entirely understandable. The staff patiently waited until that job (once every three years) was completed. And, as usual, Dr. Kyle inspected the work, making minor adjustments. The advice I had been given on maintenance in previous visits paid off. In my recent visit (3/30/22), new X-rays were taken to check for cavities, cracks, etc. Thanks to the advice I have been given, everything looked good. The teeth cleaning, polishing, etc. was very skilled. The conversation was congenial and informative. Dr. Kyle's review was quick and thorough. She and her staff were very courteous and professional. 9/6/2022. Today's visit involved only a teeth cleaning. It was also an opportunity to catch up on personnel changes at St. Mary's In Urbana. The cleaning itself was all business and, as usual, very thorough. We discussed the challenges of managing multiple parishes covering two counties, past challenges and future prospects. Those challenges are serious, of course, but the professionalism of key personnel leaves us with a sense of optimism.

My husband went here Thursday for major oral surgery. He had been terrified, and put it off literally for years. Dr. Kyle performed the procedure. I cannot begin to tell you how absolutely amazing she was, and her whole team was. They did an outstanding job, start to finish. They made him comfortable, and got him through every step with competence, professionalism, and excellence. He hasn't stopped telling me how shocked he is at how little pain he is in after. I simply cannot say enough about these people and this experience.
