Every day I have the honor of meeting new people, strengthening connections with those in my patient family, and helping them. Building a trusting rapport with each person, and supporting them as they develop a healthier smile and stronger self-esteem, is immensely fulfilling: Ive been practicing dentistry since 1990 and know it is the most rewarding profession!
I have learned that really listening to each patient, encouraging them to talk about their desires and concerns, and understanding where they are coming from, establishes a bond. By fostering trust, and creating a partnership with my patient, I am able to provide the dental care the person needs and ensure each procedure delivers the results they desire.
One of the most amazing things about dentistry, today, is the in-house technology were able to utilize. I am happy to provide same-day crowns, bridges, and veneers for my patients. Being able to design and fabricate each restoration, myself, and then place it the same day, is revolutionary. No longer do patients have to make do with uncomfortable temporaries while waiting for a dental lab to manufacture and ship their restoration. Instead, within several hours, they have what they need: a healthier, functional, and more attractive smile!
I have four great team members who have many years of collective dental experience. Each is skilled, professional, compassionate, and caring. They share my passion for comfortable, stress-free dentistry and will happily go the extra mile to make sure every patient is heard, supported, and has only positive experiences.
I am actively involved in the Missions of Mercy, a nonprofit community organization that provides free dental services to those in need. It is rewarding to be able to improve the quality of each persons life and see their smiles at the end of a procedure!
My wife, Lori, works with me at the dental practice. We also have four children: Adam is currently in an orthodontic residency in Florida; Gillian works in public health for the CDC in Atlanta, GA; Matthew is currently an undergraduate at UNC Charlotte; and Sydney starts college in August 2018. Lori and I wont be empty-nesters: we have a collie, Brody, and a Siamese cat, Oliver.
When not caring for my patients, my priority is time with Lori and my children. I enjoy gardening, cooking, and reading novels, too. I also love traveling, both domestically and internationally, and attending sporting events, especially Carolina Panthers NFL games.
Hi, my name is Cindy, and I am the insurance coordinator here at Danze Dentistry. I began working with Dr. Danze in February, 2019, but I've been in the dental field for over 30 years. I am happy to assist you with any questions Or concerns about your insurance or treatment plan.
I moved to Charlotte in 1983 and have been happily married for over 25 years. We have a beautiful daughter, 2 dogs, and 3 cats. In my spare time, I love to go 'glamping' in the mountains with my husband.
Hi, my name is Sara Hall, and I am the Dental Hygienist at Danze Dentistry. I graduated from Central Piedmont, and being a Dental Hygienist is truly a dream come true. I enjoy giving back time to those that are less fortunate. Speaking out to representatives at the North Carolina Oral Health Alliance in Raleigh has been a passion of mine for the last two years. I am an active member of the ADHA and look forward to doing all that I can to help those in need. I love making the dental chair a place to relax, laugh and have fun, while finding ways to help patients improve their home care routine.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband of 16 years, our twin daughters who are 14, and our son who is 12. We like to go camping and visit our extended family on the holidays. I also enjoy hiking and yoga with my friends.
I have always enjoyed helping others in everything I do. I love working in the field of Dentistry, and providing a kindand caring environment for patients is what I strive to do everyday at Danze Dentistry. I graduated from Charlotte Dental Assistng School in 2018, and I would like to further my education to become the best I can be.
As Dr. Danzes assistant, I prepare the operatory for our patients procedure, seat and make sure our patient is comfortable, and explain what well be doing. During the procedure, I assist the doctor while supporting our patient and, when were finished, offer homecare guidance. I enjoy making our patients happy and ensuring they have only positive experiences.
I wear two hats at Danze Dentistry, both focused on making sure our patients achieve healthy smiles and enjoy their time with us. I am a hygienist, offering preventive care, education, and encouragement as our patients develop healthier homecare techniques and regimens. I also provide customer service in our front office.
My dental field career started in 1983 and I was here in 1992 when my husband, Dr. Danze, opened the office. Its been a joy to get to know our patients, learn their life stories, and watch their families grow up. Our dental team is a lot of fun to work with: everyone has a great sense of humor and we all share the same values.
When Im not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my two four-legged children: Brody, a collie, and Oliver, a Siamese cat. I also enjoy quilting, cooking, tennis, and watching the Panthers play.

I always have a great experience every time I visit Danze Dentistry. The staff are super kind and they have a great playlist of music flowing through the office while you are getting your dental work!

Dr. Danze has been my dentist for at least 20 years. He takes care of the dental needs of my entire family. He does a great job of making sure you understand what you need and why. He is always friendly and kind to everyone! Best dentist in the area!!!!!

I had a cleaning today & they made me actually ENJOY it! Tina and Tammy were both so kind and accommodating, and always checked to make sure I wasn't uncomfortable or in pain. I was shown the cavities I unfortunately) had, with a camera, which was super helpful to see! Dr. Danze was also very kind and everyone was so easy to talk to! If you're thinking about coming here, do it! Will be booking my husband an appointment ASAP.

Dr. Danze replaced a broken crown on a molar that I had originally placed by another dentist. He took the time to explain and show me the process of making the crown. It turns out the crown he made me fit, looked, and felt much better than the original! Dr. Danze was extremely friendly and professional the whole process, making sure he asked me how I felt as he worked. I would definitely recommend Danze Dentistry, as the staff and experience was one of the best I've had in a dentist's office. Thanks!

I always had bad experiences at Dental Offices but that all changed when I met Dr. Danze and his fabulous team. They are very flexible with my schedule. Tina and Lori are the sweetest receptionist you'll ever meet and Dr. Danze does a fantastic job with a bunch of work my teeth needed due to neglect. This is my 2nd time here and will be my forever Dentistry.

My entire family loves Danze Dentistry. We have all been there since they reopened since the covid-19 outbreak. My husband and Boys went in the beginning of June for their cleanings and check ups. Dr Danze and his staff are super careful and safe. They called me to ask covid-19 screening questions about how I was feeling a 2 days before my appt.. They have you call to tell them you when are there in their parking lot. I put on my mask before I got out of my car. A staff member greeted me at the door to check my temp and asked me the covid-19 symptom questions before she let me in their office.All staff members are wearing a facemasks. Plexiglass is at the front desk. They took me directly back to the room that I stayed in until my visit was over. The room was the only place that I could remove my mask and I had to put b it back oon before I coukd leave the room. Sara is very sweet and she always does great job cleaning mine and my family's teeth. She wore Face mask, glasses and gloves. Dr Danze wore 2 face masks and a face shield with gloves to perform mycheck up. After I was done, she waited for an all clear before she let me leave the room to avoid walking past another patient. I'm going back tomorrow to get some dental work done. Dr Danze is a very caring and is gentle when he is doing dental procedures. He had to do a couple of fillings and a crown for me and they are still perfect with no problems and it's been over a year. The staff is so sweet and caring also. Everytime I call They are quick to work me in. After my experience with my cleaning last week. I am very comfortable returning knowing that they are doing everything they can to keep their patients safe and healthy. We feel so blessed to have found such an amazing dentist and staff members.
