Wasn't my experience,but my elderly mother's. I would give them a negative# if possible. They declined my mother because her dentist wouldn't change the treatment plan. She has a fear of being put to sleep and her dentist wouldn't change the plan allowing her to do it without being put to sleep. So they said they could do nothing. She went elsewhere and had the work done. Then a few weeks passed and got a 200 bill from Beto and bogardus saying it was a consultation fee. 200$ for what exactly?Looking in her mouth and saying no? Aspen dental and many other dental offices do free consultation with x-rays even. When I called to see what the bill was about the receptionist was very rude.

Wow what a experience, I just had with this folks. The are the BEST. Dr. K as I, will call him is awesome. Got me in the pain is gone, I thank God, for him he and his staff are AWESOME. You are SUPER AWESOME SAM.

Best oral surgery experience that I have ever had. Very friendly polite staff. Easy and fast recovery.

Very bad experience. Took my daughter in to get her teeth pulled. Had to pay up front and even signed a paper stating how much it would be. Even asked if that would be the total cost and was told yes. Then I get another bill in the mail and they sent it to collection. Would not go there again or recommend it either.

I had my wisdom teeth removed here. Dr. Beto was friendly and did a good job, but the assistant was very rude. If I ever have to have another oral surgery, I will look for somewhere else to go.

Great experience. We have used these Dr's several times and are so thankful we have them here in Danville. Very competent and caring.

Very professional, caring staff and Dr Beto is the best. He's done both of my daughters wisdom teeth and other oral surgeries on my youngest daughter. I would highly recommend him!

I recently had a procedure done where I was under IV sedation. I was made comfortable, no pain .. But when I woke up I was rushed out almost immediately. It was very unprofessional in my opinion. I was literally walked out maybe a minute after I woke up. My husband was with me to drive and even he felt rushed through the after care instructions and out the door. As much as you pay at the place you would think you could have maybe 5 minutes to wake up?... Lol.

Terrible, He over dosed my son then when they couldn't wake him up the staff came to get me from the lobby. Dr. Beto went on to another patient while his staff and I tried to revive my son. I filed a complaint with the Board of Dentistry who said there wasn't enough evidence to support my claim although I have video of my son not being able to be work after he pulled all four of his wisdom teeth. I'm assuming he must have some friends on the board. Kentucky is a terrible state to get justice in any medical case. Just be careful who you trust. Use word of mouth from friends. This is NOT the place to go. He is a careless, heartless, racist! This happened a few years ago before you could rate on google BTW
