In March 2020, I contacted Dr.Dani due to severe tooth pain. BTW Josef Henri are my two middle names. She was very attentive. Eventually, we met in person. When I saw the sign at the office saying full payment was due at each visit, I told her that I could not do that, because I was on unemployment. But, because of Federal Covid supplements, I would pay $200/weekly. After a few weeks a crisis arose in my family, and funds were needed to help with that. Although I could no longer pay $200 weekly, I did pay when I could. Then, every week, I received phone calls from her office asking me to pay. When I could, I did. Eventually, I spoke to Dr. Dano, as the phone calls amounted to harassment. She denied ever agreeing to my paying on a schedule, rather than full payment due all at once after every appointment. She called me a liar. After that, I blocked the phone number of the office. Then the harassing emails started. Dr. Dano said she was turning my bill over to her set of lawyers. That seemed ridiculous for the remainder of the bill, which was about $800, and I wrote that to her. Another email arrived from her, stating that I was not the one who could decide when I want to pay this bill, that I needed to abide by the office policy of paying the bill in full immediately (it was about $650 by then). I was told that until my account was paid in full, other dental work that I needed would not be provided - denying needed medical care is against the law. Each time I saw an email from the office, I feared it was another abusive epistle from her. The tone, and wording of her emails were all nasty. She actually caused me distress. I paid the bill in full last month (had a balance of about $198). A week later, another email came from Dr. Dano insisting I pay the amount in full. I sent her an email back saying that I had payed it the week before, and that she was just plain mean, and needed some help. She responded with an email that started with a statement that made it seem as if she had done me a great favor by treating me at the onset of the pandemic. It was astounding to read a doctor say such a thing. Did Dr. Dano ever take the Hippocratic oath? Mover, she states that I 'refused to pay'. Not true. I paid, many times, until my account was fully paid off. She ended her email saying I was 'the most disrespectful person [she] has ever known." For months, she harassed me, called me liar, said I refused to pay, and insisted I find money I simply did not have (I am still unemployed, and on SNAP benefits) This post is part of an official complaint I have made against Dr. Dani with the Medical Board of Licensure.

My husband and I are patients of Dr. Dano. We have found Dr. Dano to be exceptionally skilled when treating the myriad dental needs of our family. She and her staff are professional, empathetic and always available. We recommend her for the quality of care, and the competency of her practice.

Dr Dano is professional, talented and caring. She takes the time to explain things thoroughly. I've had both Invisalign and Botox. With Invisalign she has walked me through the process and talked with me about the results that I will be happy with. With botox she is gentle and will never over do it. I love my results! She is also the best Dentist I've ever had at administering Novocain! Never any pain!

Love Dr. Dano! Her professionalism, immaculate eye to detail and super friendly mannerisms make each and every visit to the office very enjoyable. I respect her hard work during each treatment that I've had with her; from a cleaning, to whitening, to a crown, and even an implant. She always explains each treatment in detail, while patiently and thoroughly answers each of my questions. I always recommend Dr. Dano to my family, friends, and any one in need for excellent dental care.

Dr. Dano was recommended to me by a co-worker and I would recommend her and her team to anyone else. I've been going to her for about a year and she's been nothing but helpful and caring. She's an excellent communicator and extremely skillful (pulled my wisdom teeth quickly and painlessly which is greatly appreciated!) Overall an excellent experience!

Very nice people who do great work. I have been going to Dr. Dano for 10+ years and have always been satisfied with the service. Cleanings are always done well and in a timely fashion. I got Invisalign with Dr. Dano last year and a year and a half later my smile looks great. I highly recommend their services.

Awesome experience! The Dentist herself and staff are great. Her office looks very clean and professional. The fees are very reasonable. I went for a deep cleaning and crown replacement and I feel the difference. Thank you Dano Dental for your excellent work!!

She will sit you down in a chair, start working on your teeth without giving you an estimate, without you consenting or knowing the cost of the services then hand you a bill for 15K and the option of a payment plan. Professional thief is an understatement for this woman.

I have been going to Dano Dental Arts for 4years and I highly recommend this office. Dr. Dano and her assistant, Rhonda, are very professional, friendly, and thorough. Dr. Dano has fixed fillings that my former dentists filled poorly. She explains everything she is doing and shows the x-rays and pictures to support her reasoning. I never feel like I am overcharged for any work or that any of the work is unnecessary. The office also sends out reminders so I never forget an appointment and they are flexible in their scheduling, even when I have to reschedule multiple times for various reasons. I have recommended this office to my coworkers, friends, and family.

Dr. Dano is a great dentist. She is a beautiful, cool and very professional doctor who has taken my very sensitive mouth and lead me through a 3 year process where now my teeth are straight and my gums are so, so much better. She is exceptionally adept at navigating health insurance programs and timing the process so as to incur the least payment possible. Thanks Armida!!
