Dr. Greene was born in Queens, New York, and attended Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland. She went on to complete the graduate program at the University of Maryland Dental School. As a prestigious Fulbright Scholar, Dr. Greene studied at the University of Waikato in New Zealand.
