Office Manager, Christine, is manipulative, rude, and unprofessional. Roxana cleaned our family's teeth well. We love her. But Christine ruins it. Only so much disrespect I can take. Made an appointment with Roxana, 2 months in advance. The day of the appt. I called to ask about parking and Christine tells me she canceled my appt. I never got a call from her. She proceeds to lecture me in her condensing manner (as always) about everything I did wrong.

Daniel Tebbi is extremely talented and I indeed left with a smile from ear to ear! I got a root canal, he not only made me feel comfortable but he also perfected the entire procedure.

I've been a patient of Dr. Tebbi's for over 20 years. He is an excellent Dentist, very personable and his staff are second to none from bookkeeping to his dental assistants. His Saturday office hours has really been a big help to me. Dr. Tebbi is like family.

I scheduled an appointment online for 130pm 1/1/2021 bc of a dental emergency and I needed a cleaning. I received an email and text confirmation for the initial scheduling. The following day I received a confirmation text the appt was valid and I confirmed I'd arrive. The morning of the appointment I received another text telling me to bring all my paperwork. I confirmed. I arrived 15 minutes early to a closed office after I spent 45 minutes in traffic for an appt that didn't happen.

I am usually terrified and uncomfortable going to the dentist. However, ever since I've been going to Dr. Tebbi, he and his staff have been fantastic. Always nice, friendly and will listen to you. I'm so happy I found Dr. Tebbi.

Nasty, tactless, uneducated and vile are some of the words I would use to describe the office that Dr. Tebbi has employed. My dental visit was cancelled at 8:30 AM on Tuesday October 27th, just minutes before my 9 AM appointment. Dr. Tebbi had his message relayed to me by his assistant that he had "an emergency." This was an appointment I had made more than a month prior. Without making a fuss, I told his assistant that I will reluctantly accept the next most convenient slot as she was careful to tell me that if there is any reason that time will not work, then they will happily accommodate me with another reasonable slot. As I am a full time student, most times conflict with my schedule and the thought of having to agree to this on such short notice makes me want to cry from stress. I did so anyway, as my lousy insurance leaves me no other option and I am in dire need of dental work. I realized soon that this was a big mistake. The assistant calls me back in a couple of days to see if I am going to make it, and as I feared, school got in the way. I let her know of my predicament, expecting her to accommodate me due to the sudden nature of the doctors last second cancellation. Boy, was I wrong. After leaving me on hold, another assistant picked up where the previous one had left off. Without introducing herself or saying hello, and taking the air of the most arrogant and wretched human possible, she shouts "so I guess I'll be cancelling your Monday appointment, we won't have anything else for you for at least another month." I tell her no, I don't know who you are but I didn't want to cancel. I didn't want to be in this position in the first place and she was only making it worse. I ask her to "please talk more calmly and let me explain." She responds "I'm cancelling and I don't really care what happened with the doctor." I beg her to allow me to explain and she hangs up the phone. Needless to say, due to Covid, it is nearly impossible to find a good dentist who will have an appointment for me for at least another 2 months. I have never been treated this poorly by any office staff and feel embarrassed that I would even need to write this review. I am of the impression that it is my Medi-cal insurance that created this hostility towards me. If you value yourself as a person, please find someone who will treat you and your time with respect. If their standards of patient care are so low, imagine the standards of the dental work. I will make sure to report this incident to the DCA as soon as I have the time.

Dr. Tebbi and staff are all very nice and helpful. I recently changed my provider due to insurance change and decided on Dr. Tebbi, I was very nervous getting my crown done with Dr Tebbi, but he made me feel comfortable through out the way making sure I was nicely numb. Thank you Dr. Tebbi and staff for your kindness through out my visit.

I love Dr. Tebbi and his staff! In fact, I now travel around 45 mins each way (and more depending on lovely LA traffic) just to see him twice a year. I just visited him today and had another great experience. Finding a dentist that you trust and like is priceless and I plan on being a patient of his forever, no matter where I live! I went through quite a few bad and/or shady dentists before finding Dr. Tebbi. Dr. Tebbi has done my cleanings and cavities for the last 5 years or so and he is the best at both. He has a gentle touch, great advice and is super friendly. This may sound cheesy but you can tell that he genuinely cares about your dental health! Also, his staff is awesome and they are all sweet and super attentive. I look forward to catching up with them when I go in. His office is up-to-date and modern and they send email and text reminders and confirmations if you'd like. I highly recommend his office!

I made the mistake of going to this guy to get my teeth laser whitened I spent $350.00 I told them I wanted ALL my teeth to look the same. This half ass wanna be started making excuses why my top teeth would not be as white as my bottom ones regardless of what I said...I WASTED MY MONEY my bottom teeth are white but my top teeth look nasty compared to them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME GOING TO THIS DENTIST FOR ANYTHING.
