Dr. Rooke and his entire team rock! My whole family is now under the care of this amazing team. From the caring and always (how do they do that?) positive and sweet greetings of the administrative staff, who go out of their way to make sure you are treated like royalty to Dr. Rooke and his friendly assistants and the very thorough dental hygienists. I cannot say enough praise. The work is done at the hands of the most talented, caring and supportive team. Always! I am sure most of us have at times dealt with horrible bedside manners in the health care business. Well...welcome to the age of awakening. I should have counted the numerous and honestly spoken words during my procedures, like "thank you", "please" and "you're welcome". Not only toward the client, but to the dental assistant as well. I was impressed. I wish Dr. Rooke's otherworldly outstanding bedside (chairside) manners were as common in other clinics. Thank you for a fearless and painless experience, you all.

As others have said, this is the best dentist I have ever been to. It is obvious to me that Dr. Rooke is skilled, conscientious, gentle, friendly, and has a calm presence. I say this, coming from a background of extreme dental anxiety. The staff are warm and helpful, and there is no sense of under-the-surface tension. I never thought I'd say, "I don't mind going to the dentist" until now.

As others have said, this is the best dentist I have ever been to. It is obvious to me that Dr. Rooke is skilled, conscientious, gentle, friendly, and has a calm presence. I say this, coming from a background of extreme dental anxiety. The staff are warm and helpful, and there is no sense of under-the-surface tension. The very best dental experience of my entire adult life. Exceptional bedside manner, step by step explanation during procedure and painless! NOT a sales oriented doctor, felt he held my best interest first. Most dentists I've seen outside of an HMO were all about making money, never gave me a fair and balanced view of my dental needs just scare tactics if I didn't do what they said I needed. I avoided going for 5 yrs as a result. Dr. Rooke's fees seem real reasonable. GREAT staff, Ashley and Christina. Thank you !!!!!

They do a great job and I appreciate them always giving me an estimate of what it may cost me before I get work done. They also know how insurance works and have given advice on how regularly I should come to get the most out of my insurance (unfortunately I don't come as much as I should!). I got 4 teeth pulled today and I feel great and am impressed by how fast and easy the whole process was between Dr. Rooke and my orthodontist. It was a very smooth process and I appreciate it. Thank you for helping me on my road to a straighter smile!

Please call me directly to discuss these concerns. Our office policy is to contact our patients only by their GIVEN, Preferred information. If a primary number is found to be disconnected or unable to leave a message, the secondary number provided, if present, is attempted. If unable to contact the individual, note is made to update this information at the next interaction. We do not "Hunt you down'. As for our office encouraging unnecessary treatment: Our focus is providing utmost care and recommendations for our patients dental and oral health. In many years of practice, We have never had an accusation of providing unrecommended or unnecessary care. We pride ourselves on ethical treatment, providing a conservative and preventative approach to our recommendations for patient care. The office staff are rude and invasive. The dentist will talk you into work you don't need. These people will harass you to come into your appointment by calling your work and looking for you. Who does that? Who calls your work to confirm an appointment? I never provided my work number to you, you just happen to know where I work due to this being a small town. I am completely disgusted with this place.

I had to have 2 teeth pulled yesterday and Dr. Rooke took his personal time in the evening to make a follow up call to make sure I was ok. When is the last time ANY doctor has done that?? He will definitely be my new dentist (and I don't even have dental insurance).

Omg I cannot get over what a GREAT experience! I had a filling and an extraction and I felt NOTHING! Dr. Rooke is all smiles, very sweet and friendly. My comfort was very important to him and his staff and I am most pleased. EVERYONE cared about me and just sitting in the waiting room listening to the staff chat with other patients shows that they care about each person who comes in. You wont be disappointed at all. Thank you to Dr. Rooke and staff!

Dr. Rook's office is great! I'm glad to have a local dentist of this caliber in Philomath. The staff is always friendly, helpful and professional...I almost look forward to going to the dentist. ;-) Highly recommended.
