Daniel P. Gibson, DDS Dr. Dan Gibson has been practicing dentistry in Winfield for over 30 years. He is a 1983 graduate of North Central College and he received his DDS degree from Loyola Univeristy in 1987 where he graduated #10 in his class of 150 students. At that time Dr. Gibson was awarded the Omicron Kappa Upsilon award for academic excellence. Dr. Gibson has always been an active member of the American Dental Association, Chicago Dental Society, and Illinois Dental Society. The Doctor actively attends continuing education classes to keep up to date with constantly changing dental procedures and techniques in an effort to offer the best quality treatment to his patients. Dr. Gibsonhas 2 children.
Yvonne Liberto (Office Manager) Yvonne was born and raised in Czechoslovakia until the age of 13 when she and her family moved to the United States. Shespeaks both fluent English and her native language of Czech. Yvonne attended Triton College and earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Dental Technology. Prior to her addition to our dental team, Yvonne and her husband, owned and managed numerous successful businesses. She has developed extensive management skills and she is committed to the efficient operation of this dental practice. Her dedication to patient satisfaction isher top priority! Yvonne is married for30 years and she and her husband have one child.
We are very sad to announce the loss of our colleague and a great friend. Angel passed suddenly on January 16, 2022. She has contributed so much laughter in our lives! So many fun memories were created while working together for the past 6 years.

Great with kids! My three year old actually enjoys getting his teeth cleaned. His first cleaning at 2.5 years old, Dr. Gibson made him feel comfortable and made accommodations to make him the happiest! My son didn't cry at either experience and left just as happy as when he arrived. He has a television with cartoons placed perfectly for the kids! I really cannot say enough good things about Dr. Gibson and his staff! He is honest about the state of your mouth, answers all questions thoroughly and honestly. The environment is very clean and welcoming. Will be taking my whole family there and strongly recommending him to anyone looking.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dan Gibson for the past 17 years with a number of my siblings. He has provided one of the best dental experience I have ever had. This is saying a lot; as my grandfather was my previous dentist. The staff are thoughtful, professional, and knowledgeable. The facilities are state of the art and always impeccably clean. Dr. Dan Gibson always provides a thorough exam and addresses any issues and concerns promptly in a highly skilled, knowledgable, and professional manner. I have never had a bad experience (I will speak for my siblings , as well). I give Dr. Dan Gibson and his staff rave reviews. Again, the staff are very professional, skilled, knowledgeable and exceptional caretakers. As a result of my experiences, I will continue to use Dr. Dan Gibson's Dental Services. My family has been with Dr. Gibson for 20 years and find HIM to be an exceptionally qualified dentist. Latest equipment and excellent pain management. On the other hand his bookkeeping and office manager leave a lot to be desired. I received four handwritten bills last year, then my wife was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer so money was tight. They knew that and proceeded to retain a collection agency for a whopping $179.00. Needless to say we are not still patients.

Dan is a great dentist. Prior to going to Dan Gibson, I experienced nightmare root canals, unnecessary gum surgery, and a poor fitting bridge that would pop loose every holiday. Dan worked with the bridge so that it has been secure for YEARS. His gentle, capable techniques have overcome my extreme nervousness for any dental visit, and did a root canal that was practically pain-free. He cares about the health of my teeth. I wish I had gone to him sooner. He is THE best.
