My experience was a pleasant experience and I didn't had to wait long,My appointment was at 4:00pm and I sat down in my dental hygienist chair at 4:00pm sharp. My cleaning experience was very gentle not painful,No hard scraping tooth felt cleaned and very smooth,Very professionally done.And office personnel are very friendly,Addressed you by name. The office is very clean and I considered the office a very scenic view over looking the Norwalk river.

Dr. Minchik has been my dentist since I was a kid and I recommend him every chance I get. He has a way about him that puts you at immediate ease and is very personable. I'm not great in doctors' offices in general but I never have any fear/anxiety going into my appointments with him or Liz (even when I know I'm gonna get scolded for not flossing religiously)

Dr Minchik and his dental team and office staff care about their patients and make time to answer any questions or concerns. The appointment process is easy and I like the reminder notifications that I receive via text and email. I found them thru a family member, some years ago, and have been very satisfied with every visit. I highly recommend this practice.

I have known Dr Minchik for over 15 years as my Dentist. I could not describe how lucky I am to have such a knowledgeable, kind and just such wonderful human being as my dentist. Dr Minchik looks after the interest of his patients with care and tremendous love. He recently extracted one of my tooth , I did not know what technique he used but the entire process was painless and I was able to eat with no inconvenience. ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT HE IS THE BEST AND I AM LUCKY TO HAVE HIM AS MY DENTIST! As for his Assistant Diane she treats you not as a client but like a family. She is one of the nicest person I have ever known. The entire staff of Dr Minchik's office is made of people that has the clients interest deeply at heart!
