Candy has been in the dental field since her senior year in high school. Twenty five years ago she started working for Dr. Galaif as a registered dental assistant and three years later began working at the front desk. Helping to make this a successful, family oriented practice was her main goal, since Dr. Galaif had just started his own practice. Making patients feel comfortable and at ease is most important to her.
Elizabeth is usually the first voice you hear when you call, and the first face you see when you walk in. She enjoys working in family dentistry and could not be more happy to have found an office that is family oriented. She is also a dental assistant and has been helping patients since 2014. Elizabeth loves spending time with her kids and husband in her free time.
Sandra has been a Dental Assistant for 14 years now. She was fortunate to have found Dr. Galaif, and blessed to have become part of his team. Dentistry is her passion which allows her to brings the knowledge, proficiency and dedication required to provide the best patient care. Her inspiration, motivation, and pride n joy is her son.
Genevie was born and raised in the San Fernando valley. Like many people, she used to be scared and nervous about going to the dentist. However, becoming a dental assistant and working at Dr.Galaifs dental office, has taken that fear away from her. Especially, when working with a dentist that works with the most high tech advanced technology, which makes visits more pleasant. She enjoys being able to relate to patients and taking care of their dental needs and putting patients at ease. She is very attentive to detail and strives to provide quality care. On her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, having BBQs and watching sports, especially football!
Michelle received her dental hygiene degree at Cerritos College and graduated with highest honors. She gained extensive training while rotating through LA county clinics and hospital setting dentistry. She has a passion for improving the oral health of each patient and individualizing their oral hygiene regime. She loves working with Dr. Galaif and being part of his team. Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, boyfriend, dogs, hiking and going to the beach.
Our CAD/CAM system incorporates a camera, computer and milling machine in one instrument. We use a special camera to take an accurate picture of your damaged tooth. This optical impression is transferred and displayed on a color computer screen, where we use CAD technology to design the restoration. Then CAM takes over and automatically creates the restoration while you wait. Finally, we bond the new restoration to the surface of the tooth.
A tooth-colored restoration means no more silver fillings discoloring smiles. The filling is natural-looking, compatible with tissue in the mouth, anti-abrasive and plaque-resistant. We no longer need to create temporaries or take impressions and send them to a lab. Because of this, the traditional second office visit has been eliminated, which means your damaged tooth can be replaced in one short visit!
We are conveniently located in Encino, CA on the North West corner of Libbit Ave and Ventura Blvd in the HSBC building. Our parking lot entrance is located off of Libbit Ave, with both valet and self-parking available and we validate both.
