Had a good experience- even though removing a tooth and getting implant is very unpleasant event ! Any issues I had following surgery were dealt with professionally and fairly quickly .

I came to this doctor's office for an apoitment with a referral from my dentist. I was expecting this appointment for 2 months being pregnant. That same morning, I called back just in case to my dentist's office and clarified whether all x-ray had been sent to Dr. Schwartz and my office confirmed that they received it. When I showed up at the front desk and called my name, two ladies at the front desk for some reason started laughing at my name. Then Carolyn, who was talking to me condescendingly and chewing gum and blowing bubbles, said that I couldn't get into the apoitment because I didn't fill out some paperwork that I wasn't warned about. She also said that she was calling me 3 times and it's my problem that I didn't get those calls. Weird, I really haven't had any missed calls lately considering I'm staying at home due to my pregnancy and can answer any calls. I said that it was important for me to see a doctor because and it is urgent. Then she gave me papers to fill out so that I could get an appointment with the doctor and I filled out all these 4 pages. I also asked her to call my dentist's office back as she suddenly said they hadn't received anything from my dentist. She said that she would do it after I filled out the paperwork and just chatted with one of the employees. When I handed over the filled paperwork, she "kindly" informed me that my doctor's office was already closed and they didn't have my x-ray and no appointment for me today. I said that my office confirmed that they had already received it, and then she said that these x-ray would not work for them that they received, although my dentist said that these x-ray would work. Carolyn was very rude and for the first time I saw that in the US they treat clients as badly as she worked. She just did everything to not accept me and tried to humiliate me. The second employee just ignored what was happening and this is the worst office I have ever been to. If the doctor allows such an attitude towards clients, then it's scary for me to imagine how he does his job and perhaps the Lord saved me from their service. Get your feet out of there, worst experience ever!

Staff was great. Friendly and explained everything. Dr Schwartz was great. Had similar procedure at another Dr and had alot of pain. This time very little to no pain. I would highly recommend Dr Schwartz.

It would have been better if there was a consultation before the scheduled procedure . And a pre determination plan would have been very helpful . I felt blindsided . My friend who is having 3 implants at a different practice knew exactly the cost ahead of time and what she was paying for each procedure . And by the way the same procedure code was 500$ less with her dentist . I asked my dentist friend why there were 2 codes for the bone grafting . He said that the second code , was just part of the other procedure ,and should not have an additional charge .I was Charged over 400$ For that code . I called my dental insurance while I sat waiting for my procedure . This should've been done at a previous visit . I opted out of the bone grafting and just had my tooth pulled . The procedure itself went well and I do not have any complaints about the dental work . However , I will go elsewhere for my implant I prefer being an informed patient and paying an appropriate amount of money

Dr. Schwartz & his team were friendly & amazing throughout the whole process. Dr. Schwartz answered all of my questions, thoroughly explained his recommendations & on surgery day, he & his team had sense of calmness around them! Highly recommend!

What a great office, And doctor Schwartz was awesome. Very glad I picked him to do my Procedure. I knew I would have a good experience from the time I talked to the office staff and checked in, to the Procedure staff .

Prior to the surgery, Dr. Schwartz did a thorough and fine job of explaining what his actions would be and how they related directly to my case using visual aids as he reviewed tje procedure. During the pre surgery review, Dr. Schwartz answered my questions patiently however obvious or basic they were to give me assurance as to what I was about to undergo. Additionally, during the actual procedure Dr.Schwartz walked me through the various stages of the surgery and alerted me to what to expect. In summary, because of Dr. Schwartz's pre-surgery informative explanation and ongoing dialogue during the procedure he instilled both confidence and faith with the outcome of my surgery. Last, I appreciated the phone call from Dr. Schwartz himself later the same day to check on my condition. There is no doubt that I would return to Dr. Schwartz and his helpful staff if and when I require additional oral surgery. Well done Dr. Schwartz !
