Dr. Lipnik established his family and cosmetic dental practice in Livonia after graduating from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 1986. From the beginning his kindness and dedication has helped him develop close relationships with his family of patients. Dr. Lipnik's compassion, energy and technical expertise assures every patient, young and old, a positive experience.
Dr. Lipnik completed his Bachelor of Science at the University of Michigan before attending the University of Michigan Dental School. He graduated as a Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1986. As a dedicated dentist, Dr. Lipnik is passionate about continuing education. Dr. Lipnik has completed the program in Esthetic Dentistry at the State University of New York, Buffalo, the Michigan Institute for Implant Dentistry in Birmingham, Michigan and both the Spear and Dawson Institutes Restorative Continuing Education Programs, to name a few. More recently, Dr. Lipnik completed both the twelve-week training and the Leadership Program at Dale Carnegie. In 2010 Dr. Lipnik became certified to practice Invisalign.
On the local level, Dr. Lipnik is a longtime ambassador with the Livonia Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Local Business Network (LBN). Dr. Lipnik has been the attending dentist at St. Joseph Care Center for over twenty years.
I have to say as a patient of Dr. Lipnik for 20 years, he and his staff are the best. I have a family of 5 and we see Dr. Lipnik twice a year. We have a half hour drive and never have considered going to another dentist. -Barry
Our administrative team does a wonderful job of handling the business aspects of our office. You will find each member of our team to be friendly and caring towards you. Tina will assist you with scheduling, insurance, and payment arrangements while Paula handles the office bookkeeping. We are proud of their longstanding loyalty to our patients and we know they will make you feel like family!
Jen is our enthusiastic and experienced dental assistant. Jen has been with us for 15 years and she will provide for your comfort during your dental treatment. Jen provides excellent chairside assistance and is also responsible for sterilization, x-rays and impressions. You can be confident that you will receive relaxed and quality dental care with Jen at your side!
Sue is our gentle and efficient dental hygienist. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan and has extensive experience in caring for your dental health. At every visit, you will find that Sue provides you with comfortable and relaxing preventive care. She is also well prepared to discuss your dental needs and future care with you. We know Sue will keep your smile shining bright!

I went see Dr Lipnik after not being to the dentist for many many years. I was in pain and he got me in right away. He gave me the numbers for 2 oral surgeons for extraction of a very bad tooth. He personally called me the next morning with an available appointment at one of the surgeons offices for that day! That was how my interaction with Dr Lipnik started and I couldn't be happier with my treatment, professionalism, compassion and care I have received from him and his staff! I have had extensive dental work done over the past few months and I have nothing but good things to say!!! His assistant Jen is such a sweetheart! His entire staff is incredible! I cannot say enough good things! I am smiling again and am overwhelmed with gratitude!!! This definitely is the best choice I have made in a long time. I will continue going to see Dr. Lipnik for continued dental care. You will not regret choosing Dr Lipnik and staff!!! They are amazing!!!

This guy was rude and told me that it was my problem that I didn't have any insurance. It's also annoying to constantly listen to him talk about how wonderful he is. One visit was enough.

Long READ & REVIEW but worth it- I just want to say a few things about how AMAZING this office is. Yesterday I chipped my tooth that had bonding on it which left me with a gap. I was so embarrassed and had a party coming on the weekend. I called my regular dentist that did the bonding and they wouldn't give me a appointment until the following Thursday. I was in disbelief and so sad knowing I would have this gap for a week and have to host this party as well. I researched reviews and came across Dr. Lipnik. I called ( and I DO NOT trust many dentists ) and explained my situation. She tried moving a appointment for me but it was a no go but then said maybe Saturday morning they would have a cancellation and she would write my name down. I called back to just make a regular appointment for the week in case that didn't open up and she said I'll call you right back. Within 5 minutes she called back and said she talked to the Dr. and they are all going to stay AFTER CLOSING time and to come in right now and they will fix it. I was in SHOCK. They did not know me. I am a new patient. And they were willing to do this. He did an amazing job in a difficult bonding situation and also addressed a couple other issues I was having while there. From Karen to Jen to the Dr. they were all very accommodating, concerned, and had such positive attitudes even though they probably had plans to leave when they were scheduled to be off. Needless to say, they gained a new client and I can't wait to go back and have the rest of my issues resolved. Please do yourself a favor and go check out this amazing, family oriented office.

Best dentist ever! He helped me with my implant, Invisalign and with the removal of my metal fillings and replaced them with the natural looking fillings! I highly recommend him! Wonderful office and staff as well! Best smile ever!! :)

Dr Dan is a wonderful person and dentist. He has a talented and dedicated team that supports him and his vision. My teeth were a mess from a bad experience with another dentist. He helped me get a beautiful smile and a sense of peace that my teeth are healthy again.

Dr. Lipnik is seriously the best in the business. My family and I have been seeing him for years (since I was a kid)! He has the best staff around. Jen and Karen are awesome, and make you feel right at home. I highly recommend you give Dr.Lipnik a call for any dental work you need!

I've been a patient of Dr. Lipnik's for over 15 years and I recommend everyone who needs an excellent, honest dentist to do the same. He's an excellent dentist and human being. My wife's family has been coming to this office for over 50 years! That says a lot about how we feel about Dr. Lipnik and his excellent staff.
