I would just like to get on here and say WOW WOW WOW! I CANT even put into words but I will try, this office was so amazing! The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. It had been a long time for me that I last seen a dentist my nerves and emotions were high and Penny absolutely made me feel good made me feel comfortable and she treated me with such care. It didn't stop there Dr. Moeller came in and as well made me feel good and comfortable and explained everything in complete detail so I could understand what my options and process would be. Again it doesn't stop there Dawn and Tina made sure to work with my schedule and just went above and beyond I actually cried at the end of how wonderful the overall experience was and Tina handed me tissues as well as Penny. What a great Staff and atmosphere thank you guys for going above and beyond for your patients it's hard to find and you guys are so compassionte thank you from the bottom of my heart

Dr. Fay is amazing! I was having filling issues, his office was able to see me within a week and a half. I got x-rays, he removed the old filling, and put in a new one all within 45 minutes. Plus their front desk staff are super sweet and nice. Can't ask for a better dentist!

This office is very professional. Ask for ANGEL to perform your teeth cleaning. She is hands down the best dental hygienist!!

imagine anyone saying, they 'can't wait' till their next cleaning or any dental appointment? well am here to tell you, it was definitely a pleasant experience. I left thinking what just happened? I just had a cleaning? it was quick and painless!!! Painless I tell you! the dental assistant was constantly asking me was I alright..her level of concern alone had my attention! every one was so upbeat! Dr Fay your whole team...OUTSTANDING!

Can't say enough nice things about everyone at Dr. Fay's office! Going to the dentist there is like visiting good friends who happen to also clean your teeth. They are the best!!

My experience at my last visit was tops! Dr. Fay is the greatest and really cares about his patients. He really wants to take care of your teeth. The office staff is very kind and very helpful.

I am so thankful for Dr. Moeller! He did a wonderful job working on my front tooth. I was so scared because I was getting married and having engagement photos taken. He worked so hard to make it perfect! Thank you all so much!! Erin

I have had 1 tooth pulled prior to coming here. I came here because I was having really bad pain. I had a full dental plan. I have to have all top teeth removed. Now when I came in here I thought I was going to have some problems getting one tooth pulled but come to find out I needed 2 pulled so I was very scared as the one prior I had pulled before coming to this office I had very bad anxiety bc they tooth pull hurt and my BP was up and It was a mess. So before he got started Dr mohler numbed me up waited about 2o mins then number the roof of my mouth near the extraction site. Never had that done bor was ANY of the numbing that was done was NOT AT ALL PAINFUL unlike at other dentists. Before I new it he was done with both. I had no idea he had taken the first one out and I thought when he got up he still had one left nope both were out! Dr. Mohler did a fantastic job. I was shaking at first and then everything relaxed I didnt feel anything other then what I was suppose to be feeling. Unlike the last dentist I seen Dr. Fays office was filled with nice and understanding professional people. I HAVE NEVER IN MY 28 YEARS SEEN A DENTIST OFFICE THAT RAN THAT FANTASTIC! WORTH EVERY CENT! They even gave me in my dental a detailed list of the year in which every thing can be done for my insurance to cover how much was going to be coming out of pocket. What I should have done first and what's going to be done last. THIS US THE BEST DENTAL OFFICE EVER! I wouldnt waste my time anywhere else!!! Dr. Mohler was amazing! I would recommend anyone go here!! I even told my mom to drop who shes seeing and go here.

Yesterday, I went to Dr. Fay's office for the very first time. I was amazed at the prompt service and the professionalism that this staff has! It is so refreshing to get this kind of service level back into America. Thanks so much

My wife and I had our first appointment here, but had very different experiences. For starters, the front desk staff kept referring to my spouse as my mom, sister, etc. when working out the details of health insurance, even after correcting her multiple times. Then when we had the appt at checkout, the staff referred to me as my wife's mother. This was after we filled out paperwork that we are each others emergency contact and listed as spouse. For our cleanings, my hygienist, was very nice and gentle with the cleaning, and was still effective even though she was gentle. She also used fluoride on my teeth after the cleaning. My wife's hygienist, male with glasses, was very rough and aggressive with the cleaning. He never offered her fluoride after the cleaning. We had the same Dentist and he was very knowledgeable and nice. We are moving out of state, so we won't be visiting the office again, but even if we weren't moving, I wouldn't see this office again because of the inconsistency in cleanings, the aggressive of the male hygienist, and the mislabeling of our relationship.

Dr. Dan Fay has overseen my dental care for 3 years. He does a thorough exam and oral cancer screening (that's when he pulls out your tongue) each visit. His office runs smoothly. I am seen on-time and finish on-time. All the cleaning / sterilization procedures are top-notch. Each of his hygienists (Mary, Stephanie & Penny) has been pleasant, caring and informative. I feel comfortable and confident at this office.

My first appointment - terrific! The very best cleaning my teeth ever had. Exam was so much more thorough than I have had previously. I think my teeth will have a great future.
