They didnt do anything to us and now are charging my insurance with x-rays and service fees when they only took us to the back to tell us they needed the x-rays from previous dentist.. not good..so watch out on your bills make sure they not charging stuff they didnt do..

They got me in ASAP for a dental emergency. Made me feel at ease. Got a plan if action going to get everything fixed up.and agreed to squeeze me in the day before a holiday. I would give 10 stars .

Dr Scarso is so rude. I called and asked if they are open on Saturdays. He was so dismissive and said if you won't get an appointment stop asking questions. He said he doesn't know when they will close on Saturdays. He was so arrogant. He told me to just call at 9am on Saturday to see if somebody was at the clinic. He said he doesn't know his clinic schedule coz he's out of the office. I hung up coz I couldn't take his sarcasm and arrogance. He called me back and I said NO THANK YOU. He said I was VAGUE that's why he talked nonsense. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will never trust this kind of person with my dental needs.

Dr. Scarso and staff are always friendly and approachable. He puts patients at ease and is very good at what he does. I highly recommend him.

There should be a negative star rating. I gave this dentist 3 trys to be different than the first time. He makes you feel like very uncomfortable with rude jokes that are inappropriate to females. Had a root canal done that took forever to do while telling me he should do thousands of dollars of work rather than helping me. Paid for the root canal with insurance and money in full then a month later says i owe 600, so i paid it and started to do another root canal wich was over $2,000 then prolonged it so long my tooth broke off and so i went in and he said how i need 4,000 dollars to fix my teeth. So i said well since you just got over 2,000 dollars from me can we fix the other tooth and he said that money was for something else lol and i said you didnt even touch the tooth so why cant you do the root canal on this tooth then this guy scarso says i did and ill have to check and see how much work i did and see what's left on what youve paid. I basically got robbed not to mention the room had old broken teeth in it and his tools or stations look like they havnt been cleaned in yrs. Total scum. He will het his karma though. The universe has ways of that. D bag all yhe way and pretty sure his employees secretly think so too. Also the first time i had him clean my daughters teeth while his office was in wickliffe he didnt even clean her teeth because she had medicade and he said they dont pay so he didnt even clean them, i shouldve learned then but i know now. He should be ashamed.

10/10. Short and sweet version, I had bad experience with my old dentist and it left a bad taste in my mouth. I was basically in panic mode hearing the word dentist. THIS GUY IS A GOD AT WHAT HE DOES. I barely felt the shots and he is very quick, and efficient. Dr Scarso is a top notch dentist and business owner. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I've only ever been to one other dentist before going to see Dr. Scarso, so I don't have a varied amount of experience with different dentists. However, in my entire 20+ years of being with the same office the dentist never personally cleaned my teeth! I was lucky to see him for all of 3 minutes at the end of an appointment. Dr. Scarso was with me the entire time and the whole process was much faster and less agonizing than any cleaning I've had in the past. He's very personable and made me feel comfortable as a new patient.

Dr. Scarso is an experienced dentist who makes you feel at ease with his great sense of humor. His courteous staff and himself do best to make each visit pleasant for the patients. He always gives you his professional opinion as if he was treating his family member. Ive never had a bad experience at his clinic. Thanks for a keeping my teeth in great shape Dr. Scarso.

Not my usual dentist. I went here because I couldnt get an appointment soon enough anywhere else and i was in a great deal of pain from a bad tooth abscess that I wanted an extraction done on. I saw all these good reviews on google so I thought this was going to be a great place. I was so misinformed. Im not even sure where to begin... Upon arrival, there was no Secretary or anyone working the front desk. The only two employees there was the dentist and the dental assistant who runs back and fourth from the front desk and assisting the dentist. Right then warning sirens started to go off for me. After checking in, filling out paperwork, and providing my dental insurance the secretary/assistant came back out and asked if i was the one who was there for the cleaning. I responded no i am here for an extraction. I even had my current x rays sent over from my usual dentists office. She looked very confused and disappeared into the back again. After some time I was brought back and met the dentist. I have never been made to feel like the lowest level of scum Dr Scarso made me feel like sitting in that raggedy torn up dentist chair surrounded by old 70's dirty dental equipment. He made me cry and feel so embarrassed and ashamed of myself I cant even imagine why any doctor would ever be so cold and rude to a patient for no reason. Just because I wanted an extraction instead of a root canal done! He must really be desperate for money if he cant even afford to pay a proper staff and insults patients who dont want to spend an extra $700 to get a root canal on a back molar that is causing extreme pain to the patient. Its my choice if I dont want to save the tooth!!! Dont get me wrong, I have great insurance that covers 100% of any exam/consultation and 100% of any xrays... Even still a root canal is still pretty expensive. He insisted on taking another xray which i agreed to since they are covered 100% by my insurance. He wouldnt do the extraction that day and gave me antibiotics which I understand the reasoning for this i dont disagree. But as I was leaving the sectetary/dental assistant said i had a balance to pay? Um no miss. I do not. She proceeded to show me papers that have the cost of an exam and xray that was done and then next to them the estimated cost insurance would cover which in my case is 100%!!!! So i refused to pay money to a man who just did nothing but insult me and make me feel ashamed that ive had other teeth pulled instead of root canals he even went out of his way to count my missing molars and shake his head as if he was disgusted. I am a tough cookie and this man made me cry. What an unbelievable jerk!!!! The way he spoke to me was unacceptable and cruel and insulting. I stormed out of the office and would not pay something that I dont owe money for and even contacted my dental insurance carrier who reinforced my decision and said that any exams and xrays are 100% covered and that they hadnt been contacted from that office. I guess the secretary was just too busy also being a dental assistant to properly work up insurance claims and costs like every single other office ive ever been to has the courtesy of doing. What a joke and a disgrace to the dental field!!!!! I will never return and have told everyone I know how awful of a place this is!

I've been a patient of Dr. Scarso for over 20 years+.; I am made to feel welcome when I have my appointments. I look forward to coming to his new location soon; the office is always neat and clean, and his staff as well as Dr. Scarso are always professional..
