Always has the music on too loud in the waiting room. Music should be background ambience in a waiting room, not an in your face assault of noise. I literally could not hear the quiet spoken lady at the front desk over the music when we started talking. I have tinnitus and if there is a lot of noise it is sometimes difficult to hear what people say. When we visited the last time they said that my son was almost done with his invisalign trays and the next visit he should be done. This was the next visit and they told us he should have got new trays the last time we were there. If he was supposed to get them the last time then why didn't they say so and give them to us the last time?

Was told braces would be off after 2-2.5 years. Thousands of dollars and almost 4 years later and my teeth look exactly the same. They take on WAY too many clients to the point they can't see you as often as they should and only at the most inconvenient times. They're now saying I have $300+ in no-show fees and won't treat me until I pay. I have already paid my braces in full and shouldn't be charged for appointments they made for me at the worst times. Half of them I didn't know about and the other half I cancelled hours in advance but that wasn't enough I suppose. My treatment has also been halted as the doctor keeps requesting I have teeth pulled even though when I signed original contract and made treatment plan NOTHING was said about needing so many expensive extractions. I just want my teeth fixed as best as they can. I just want my money's worth. My advice: find an orthodontist with less patients and more time for you.

Started with the process when my daughter was in the eight grade she is now sophomore in college. Her teeth are still not corrected. Improved but not right. Dr admitted to removing her top bracket too early and tried several sets of invisilgns which do not work for her. We Tried to be patient and work with him but Dr Martin is not "user friendly" he seemed confused with what he was doing and hardly spoke to the patient or family. I took my son somewhere else and found a big difference in care and quality. I can not afford to pay another orthodontist for a service that should have been top quality as promised. That "Hollywood " smile has not been achieved as he stated in our very first consult. Very frustrated with the whole process as I was very up front along the way with my concerns. This was my first orthodontist experience and was trusting what he was doing. Hindsight we should have left early and went somewhere else but once they have your money you are stuck. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!! Also scheduling is a nightmare!

My daughter had braces put on two years ago. They were supposed to be 2 year braces and they're still on. It got to where I couldn't afford it anymore so we asked about just getting them removed which her teeth are not finished yet. They are now holding her teeth "hostage", because they won't remove them. I get it to business and they are in it to make money, I understand that but when I have told them for the last 8 months I cannot afford them anymore. So if you fall on hard times they will not work with you.
