This place is absolutely terrible. The nurses are always so aggressive when working on my teeth. Both nurse and doctor got attitude with me when I wasn't able to open my mouth wide enough. The music in there is always so loud so I couldn't hear what the nurse was saying and she was clearly getting annoyed by it. There seriously needs to be more than one doctor checking patients because it's taken him 20-30 minutes to look at my teeth for 2 minutes. The place is terrible, the staff is unprofessional and unaware of how aggressive they are. This is my last day at their office, hoping to find a better dentist that actually care about the patients and are somewhat friendly.

Dr. Martin and his staff are very professional and competent. I was very pleased with the whitening of my teeth. Clinician Spring was impressive and kind with the procedure. I would highly recommend this practice for your dental needs! Sincerely, Dot LaMarche

I am not one to ever leave a bad review , but my son has been in treatment with Dr. Dana Martin for 4 years and has seen very little progress. (Note: he is NOT at all a difficult case, no missing teeth, no crowding, just moderate spacing with Class 2 bite correction). We almost always wait an hour for our scheduled appointments and are only seen by the doctor for an extremely short amount of time. The assistants are never able to answer our questions about treatment that should be known. I have taken my son for consultations at other offices and they have all confirmed that my son is not being taken care of properly by Dr. Martin. My son will most likely be getting his braces removed and taken elsewhere due to my own frustration. I have already paid off his braces and do not want to pay again somewhere else for continuation of treatment but I'm left with very little options. I also do not want to enter an unnecessary legal battle, so I had to turn to google reviews. DO NOT take yourself or your child to this orthodontic office unless you want to be charged extremely high for horrible patient care.

Affordable price and got the job done. Difficulty scheduling, although they have 3 offices. Dr.Martin is not personable and not friendly. I'm very happy with my smile and his staff is very kind! Overall subpar experience.

My daughter is the fifth person in our family to receive orthodontic care by Dr. Martin and his staff! I loved my experience as a patient and so does my daughter. We opted for the ceramic (clear) braces and couldn't be happier. I noticed that her bands were turning a little yellow, so I called made an appointment for new ones. They were able to fit my daughter in the next working day with no wait! We signed in and waited about 1-2 minutes and I was back to work before my lunch break was over. Also, they work with different incomes and payment options. Talk with Jim in the office and they will work with you.

After 3.5 years in braces with Dr. Martin, I was not confident with my smile or the results I was seeing (unfortunately, I just have a difficult smile.) Once I was able to discuss my concerns with Dr. Martin and General Manager, Jim, they went absolutely ABOVE AND BEYOND to make it right. Dr. Martin is the most genuine, humble, doctor I have ever met. I will never doubt their customer service again and would happily recommend them.

Been going to Dr. Martin's for approximately 2.5 years. The staff is always very personable and nice. The office on Kingston Pike is clean and they are good about getting me in for emergency appointments and adapting to my schedule. If I could complain about one thing it would be lack of communication on the doctor's behalf. Every time I go, he looks at my mouth, says some technical jargon to his technician, and then walks away. I usually have to ask for an update on what's going on. Every time he seems pretty confused about what he wants to do to my teeth. I often wonder if he even looks at my molds, x-rays, and files before I come in for my appointment because he seems unprepared. I am currently on the payment plan so I will have finished paying off my balance in full by July of 2018. After having to unexpectedly get a few teeth pulled a year ago (additional costs were incurred from the oral surgeon) that Dr. Martin said was necessary for me to do for continuation of orthodontic treatment, I was expected to get my braces off at the end of 2018 instead of the original date which was set for sometimes at the end of summer. Now he is telling me it could take up to another year before I get them off. I have been trying to do everything asked of me, to continue paying on time, and be patient. I know that sometimes treatment makes teeth look worse before they start looking better, but I honestly think that I should have been seeing signs of improvement by now. In my opinion, the amount of time I have to be in braces is excessive for my degree of overbite, not to mention that my progression of closing gaps from teeth that were removed a year ago is not yet closed and my bite is off-center (which wasn't the case when I started treatment). I am just disappointed and discouraged at this point, so I think I am going to get a second opinion...

Horrible experience, had my braces for less than 3 months and long story short I had to take them off due to financial issues. Paid what one of the receptionists told me I owed, a month later got a certified letter stating I owed over 2 thousand dollars from an attorney. Been trying to call their office since and all the receptionist will tell me is they will take my name and number and get back with me. Nothing yet. So unprofessional! Would not recommend to anyone
