Massie dental is by far the best dental office in southern illinois.. Dr. Partlow is an amazing dentist.. when I started going to see Massie dental my past dental health was horrid.. from the front to the back they treated me as I was family and Dr. Partlow listened to me about my worries and fixed my smile and made me confident in smiling and always made sure that I knew that my health was more important than worrying about my bill they always worked with me on paying and never stopped seeing me and working with me because my bill wasn't up to date.. if you are looking for a Dentist and or have worries and don't like Dentist let me tell you Massie dental isn't just any office your health, your well being and treating you like your family is all important to them and Dr. Partlow will work wonders on your teeth and smile and work with you on the cost because health is important and so is your smile!

I had my teeth cleaned here yesterday and I love them! I'm finally done looking for a dentist. Sandy the hygienist was amazing. She got the stains off my teeth, which on one else has done, and she NEVER once caused me pain! She took great care of me. Dr. Partlow was also equally pleasant to work with. He knew his stuff and wasn't trying to charge for extra services. Thank you!

I had my teeth cleaned here yesterday and I love them! I'm finally done looking for a dentist. Sandy the hygienist was amazing. She got the stains off my teeth, which on one else has done, and she NEVER once caused me pain! She took great care of me. Dr. Partlow was also equally pleasant to work with. He knew his stuff and wasn't trying to charge for extra services. Thank you!

No problems with Dr Massie. Carrol at the front seat need to get a job working on a used car lot. Made appointments for myself and my daughter. I was told they took my insurance. 6 months later I got a bill for 500.00. How hard would it have been to run our policy number when we asked if they took Blue Cross? Lazy and incompetent front desk.

I have visited Massie Dental for a cleaning/initial visit, and then a couple of weeks later for some small fillings. I found Dr. Massie to be very friendly, professional, and personable. The office staff and hygienist were also as nice as could be. When I called two weeks after my fillings because one of them was giving me some discomfort, they worked me in within an hour and made some minor adjustments that solved the problem. Highly recommend!

Dan Massie's crew are by far the best experience I've had with dentists. My hygienist, Sandra, is quick, very gentle, and makes the cleaning and check-up fly by pleasantly. She speaks with respect about Dr. Massie when he's not around and little hallmarks of the staff's professionalism and character are evident throughout. My wife's hygienist makes her laugh a lot, which I appreciate. The office and workflow are up to date: each time we arrive some part of the equipment has been updated. They've run on time every time we've been, as corny as that sounds, it matters. How crazy is it to look forward to you twice-annual appointment? I can't think of any way they could really improve. They even accommodate with humor and grace my bizarre questions about things like unscented toothpaste for use in hunting and bear country. :)

This is an outstanding dental practice! Very professional and thorough; I knew I needed a crown 4 yrs ago, but did not want to deal with having to wear a temporary one and deal with multiple appointments; I explored my options and read about the cerec procedure at this practice (cerec wasn't available in Belleville where I live); I drove an hour and a half down here and had it done in one appointment and couldn't be happier! It looks just like a natural tooth and is very durable too! I would not want to go anywhere else for my dental needs; I am very disappointed, however in the facebook page- some things such as expensive resort vacations on nude beaches taken by the staff, walking up to endangered sea turtle nests (very disturbing!), and their group outings not related to dentistry- ie. shooting off guns at a gun range, dental assistant Meghan on her motorcycle, hygienist Amy walking through airport in short shorts, and Dr's minor daughter with a paper doll standing on a boat dock are inappropriate and in very poor taste! Shame on all of you!!!! All these pics should be removed and belong on these staff members own Facebook page, not the one for the dental practice- just my personal opinion:)))

Dr Massie is our family dentist. We get our cleanings and exams...never required much more than that until last week when my husband broke the entire side out of a molar. He went in at 10:40 am and Dr Dan and staff had him on time for his 12:30 lunch date... sporting a beautiful zirconia crown. No pain and amazing fast! Very impressive!

Five stars for Dr. Massie and Amy, very professional and friendly. 0 star for Carol at the front desk. She is the rudest receptionist I ever met. I was always nice and friendly to her, but she always spoke to me with a very angry tone and an annoyed face. She even rolled her eyes at me. I want to see Amy and Dr. Massie again but Carol really makes me uncomfortable. Today the way Carol spoke to me was beyond what I could take. I don't want to get upset because of the receptionist' bad manners every time checking in/out at the dentist office. For that reason, I will not go to this office again.

My Family has been going to Dr. Massie's office since 2005. We have had he BEST experience. Friendly staff, they offer complementary water , coffee, free pins etc. I have had the opportunity of getting to know the staff. The receptionist are all friendly. The waiting area is comfortable, there is even a children's waiting area. Dr. Massie offers tooth colored fillings. Tateless tooth paste for cleaning the teeth. State of the art equipment. If you are new to the area and are looking for a Family Dentist who works well with children and is down to earth, I recommend Dr. Massie and his Team.

I went for information and was turned off by receptionist basically saying go home and figure this out, then come back when you figure it out..next..Me Exactly --next dentist I go
