Dr. Jeannine El-Maasri has been practicing family and cosmetic dentistry since 2006 when she graduated from CASE School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland Ohio. Two years later she completed a post-graduate residency program at Rhode Island Hospital, and a became a faculty at the Ivy League Alpert Brown University. Due to her high credentials, she was nominated a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry four years later.
Dr. El-Maasri joined Rocklin Smiles, a family driven private practice, in 2012 after moving from the East Coast. She has earned her reputation of being one of the leading dentists in her field and was nominated top Rocklin Dentist in 2017 and 2018.
Dr. El-Maasri has an intrinsic motivation for self-education and is continuously seeking further knowledge. She is currently an active member of the highly renowned Seattle Study and Spears Study clubs. Her membership translates into providing the highest quality of general dentistry to her patients.
Dr. El-Maasri enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, Dr. Salim Wehbe, along with their 7-year-old son, Jad, and 6-year-old daughter, Laya. The family is thrilled of their new addition, baby boy Teo, born in September 2018. She likes traveling, hiking swimming and playing tennis. Their dog is always excited about the next family camping trip. Her family is very involved in the church and believes in giving back to the community.
Dr. Hopper has been caring for patients and perfecting beautiful smiles since 1985. Dr. Hopper enjoys all aspects of dental care, and excels in creating incredible smiles, often while his patients are lightly sedated using sleep dentistry. A true dental pioneer, Dr. Hopper brought cosmetic dentistry to Rocklin in 1990, and brought sleep dentistry to the Placer County area in 1997.
Dr. Hopper is a distinguished mentor for the prestigious Kois Center, a world renowned teaching center, where he teaches advanced dental techniques to other dentists. Dr. Hopper was also featured on an international television show creating smile makeovers.

This place is amazing. I love coming here. The staff are all super friendly and enjoyable. I wish I could give it 6 stars. I never feel disappointed when I come here and feel they are very honest and open about everything they do. Please come here they are truly one of the best.

As soon as you walk into Dr.Hoppers office Your greeted with a smile from his staff. Everyone is professional and friendly making your experience wonderful. Dr. Hopper makes you feel like your the only patient in the office because he gives you his undivided attention and wants you to be as comfortable as possible. I can't thank Dr.Hopper and his amazing staff enough for always giving me fantastic service and making my experience a good one.

I was experiencing nerve pain in one of my teeth. The staff was very compassionate & was able to fit me in on Monday, 7/2. I woke up in more & a very different pain on Friday morning, 6/29; I called & was squeezed in at 1:30. Dr El-Maasri was very compassionate & concerned. She scheduled my root canal for Tuesday afternoon & ensured I would be as comfortable as possible through the weekend. She always makes me feel as though I am the only patient she has to care for whenever I am there. I would & do refer Dr El-Maasri & Dr Hopper to those I know!! Thank you, Dr El-Maasri!!

Finding this office has been a true blessing in my life. Recently I had a crown placed and I was very nervous just thinking about the process. I did not feel a shot, I didn't even know what they were doing in my mouth at the time, although they did tell me step by step what to expect. Hands down, best experience ever in a dental chair I have ever had. I would recommend this office to anyone, anytime. My entire family will switch over.

The staff is a joke---they cannot even handle insurance correctly---and Hopper is their pet---he does what they say---I prefer a Dentist that is in control of HIS office---this office is allot like others--all about the MONEY!

There just aren't enough stars to do this office justice. I've been going here for years and everyone from the friendly staff at the front desk all the way to the dentists are just the best. I've been a lifelong dental FraidyCat and these folks cured me. My dental health has never been better, and for the first time in my life I actually look forward to seeing all of these wonderful, caring, and fun people. They maintain a great office culture and I highly recommend them.

Don't go here if you need a crown. I had three done at a high cost. They make the crowns in their office. One was so bad I asked that it be replaced. Dr. El-M said she would, but that the tooth could be compromised and damaged because of what the x-ray showed. So I went to another dentist who told me there was nothing wrong with the base tooth under the crown. He replaced it at a lesser cost. He sends his work to a dental lab as he says the in-office crown-making machines are not up to the level that he wants for his patients. So - I was lied to, overcharged, and had to pay twice for a crown. STAY AWAY!

Just had the new laser whitening done, wow what a difference i love this dental office my daughter is doing her invisalign here i would highly recomend this office great staff!
