Dr. Czapek attended Southern Illinois University where he graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Biological Science. He advanced his education at the Southern Illinois University School of Dental medicine where he graduated in 1985 with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.
Dr. Czapek incorporates state of the art techniques and the latest technology to restore his patients teeth, creating harmony between function and aesthetics. His patients have mentioned how they appreciate the individual care Dr. Czapek provides during their dental experience.

Jan joined our team in 1983, one year after beginning her dental career. She attended Illinois State University. Jan values being part of an organization that consistently strives to be the best at what we do always putting patients first and having a great time doing it! She likes to help people understand and achieve what they want from dentistry. She thinks that our practice is a wonderful place to be. Jan and her husband have three children and one dog, Max. In her spare time, Jans interests center around her home, family, and friends.
A member of our team since 1979, Debbie has almost 40 years of experience in dentistry. Shes constantly moving forward in her dental knowledge and appreciates the versatility her job provides. She values our family-like team and feels that we offer our patients the best care for beautiful, healthy smiles. Married with two children, Debbie likes to watch her kids play sports, spend time with friends, and get ready for her favorite holiday Christmas.
Lisa joined our team in 1982, the year she entered the field of dentistry. She attended Harper College and completed EMT training. Lisa considers herself fortunate to work with what she considers the greatest dentist and team in the profession. She appreciates her continued professional growth and finds it extremely rewarding to help people take care of themselves and feel great about their smiles. Lisa is the youngest of four children. She has been married for 25 years to her best friend, with whom she has three children. A member of Harvest Bible Chapel in Lake Zurich, Lisa is thankful for her relationship with God, her family, and her friends.
Amy joined Arlington Adult Dentistry in 2002. She attended Harper College. Amy`s career at AAD began as a chairside assistant for Dr. Orser. After 13 years of assisting, you can now meet Amy as a front desk receptionist. Her training has now continued in administration. Amy is grateful to have cared for patients in the clinical treatment rooms in the years past. She is now excited to continue to care for our patients up front alongside the enthusiastic administrative team. Amy and her husband have two young boys and enjoy staying active, being involved in their church community and spending time with their loving families.
Angela began her dental career in 1975 and started working with our team in 1989. She attended Harper College. Angela loves keeping current with advances in dentistry and applying her knowledge to help our patients achieve the smiles they deserve. Our teamwork, camaraderie, and exemplary patient care drive Angela to do her best every day. Angela is married with three children and two grandchildren.
Carrie joined Arlington Adult Dentistry in 2013 and has been a hygienist for 7 years. She comes from California where she attended dental hygiene school at San Joaquin Valley College. She earned the Student Leadership award from the California Dental Hygiene Association and Clinician Award for her class. She is also certified in CPR and Laser Therapy.
Carrie loves being a Dental Hygienist. She keeps up with the latest technologies and information to give her patients the best care they deserve. She finds her job very rewarding and feels that she works with the best group of dental professionals. Carrie is married with two children, a cat and two enormous American Bulldogs. She enjoys being outdoors and cooking.
Alyssa is the newest member of our dental Hygiene team. Alyssa studied at the University of Iowa for two years and graduated at Harper College as a Dental Hygienist. Interestingly enough, her family has been coming to our office as patients for years. She enjoys being part of such a wonderful team and loves helping patients achieve their optimum dental health. Alyssa loves to spend time with her family and friends, traveling, shopping, boating, snowmobiling, watching the Chicago Blackhawks win and spending time with her dogs.
Nina joined our team in 2007 and started her career in dentistry. She started as a dental assistant and after 7 years was the first in Illinois to successfully complete the Chairside Dental Designer program by E4D University. This allowed Nina to advance as our Lab Technician in 2014. She truly values the team she works with and doctors she works for. At the end of the day it never feels like a job but more like a second home where we get to help people achieve healthy smiles. Nina also attended Harper College and holds an associates degree in Medical Assisting and Medical Management. Nina is married and has a daughter. She enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.
Erica recently went to school at Arlington Dental Careers for Dental Assisting. She also studied at Harper College. Erica is excited to have joined a team that really cares for their patients and their well-being. She enjoys spending time with her 2 year old chocolate lab, Mocha, her friends and family, and boyfriend Johnny. Erica also loves anything outdoors, rollerblading, taking walks, reading, baking/cooking and being crafty.
Honda joined Dr. Czapek`s team in 2013. She enjoys working in a modern, comfy, and technical office where she continues to learn every day from her professional co-workers who she considers her extended family. She treats patients like they are her friends and family and find them very loveable.
Honda was born and raised on the northwest side of Chicago until her family moved to the West Suburbs where she currently resides. Outside of the office, Honda enjoys spending time with her mom, 4 sisters, 1 brother, 5 nephews, and 1 niece. Her hobbies consist of writing, listening to music, driving, visiting friends and family, reading, and studying the bible.
Jessica joined Arlington Adult Dentistry in 2014 after she finished her training at Everest College. Dr. Czapek invited her to do her externship here and she loved it so much she decided to stay full time! Outside the office Jessica loves spending time with her family and traveling with her friends. Jessica also just adopted a puppy and is enjoying training and playing with her little Trixie.
