Dr. Dan Chu Education: University of Texas, Austin, Texas A&M College of Dentistry, General Practice Residency (GPR) St Barnabas Hospital, Bronx, New York and Healthcare Management MBA from Texas Tech University.
No matter how great a dentist is, theres just no way around certain procedures being unpleasant. And since its impossible to compare a procedure that you only have had done once, I think it makes sense to read dentist reviews based on broader, more typical experiences like cleanings and exams and as a long-time patient of Dr. Chus (since 2002, if I remember correctly), I feel more than qualified to provide a solid opinion on those!
He takes the time to do the job right, gives the pros and cons of different treatment options so that I can make informed decisions, and he works very carefully to minimize pain. He has a calm personality, which helps me feel at ease when Im in the chair. Before I started seeing Dr. Chu, I had several bad experiences with dentists pushing services I did not need or want, and dentists who worked so fast that I felt scared of where their instruments were going I have not once felt that way with Dr. Chu.
