Dr. Meola is the Owner and Director of Smile and Skin Aesthetics. He has been practicing dentistry since 1989, and is a second-generation dental care provider.In addition to general dentistry services, Dr. Meola offers Invisalign and is certified to perform Botoxand JuvedermDr. Meola is also a Clinical Instructor at Tufts University.
Dr. Kelly has been practicing at Smile and Skin Aesthetics since 2016. Dr. Kelly received her Bachelor's degree at Binghamton University. She completed her dental education through Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, earning a degree as a DMD. In addition to general dentistry, Dr. Kellyoffers Invisalign and is certified to perform Botoxand Juvederm.
Dr. Salzillo received his Bachelors degree from Providence College in 2008 and his Masters degree from Boston University in 2010. He received his DMD from Tufts University School of Dentistry in 2015. Dr. Salzillo completed his Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency in the US Army at Fort Carson, Colorado. He offers oral conscious sedation and nitrous oxide sedation to his patients.
Dr. John, as he is affectionately called by all, has been practicing dentistry since 1986. Dr. John earned a B.A. at Connecticut College in 1979 and an M.A. from the American University in 1982. After completing a graduate program in International Law and Diplomacy, Dr. John turned his attention to dentistry. He earned his D.M.D. at Boston University School of Dentistry.
Dr. Livshin has been practicing at Smile and Skin Aesthetics since 2006. Dr. Livshin went to Boston University, where he received his Bachelor's degree. He then enrolled at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine where he received his DMD.
Dr. Gayatri (Trina) Horowitz graduated from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine where she received her Doctorate of Medical Dentistry degree and earned the Edward Hickling Bradford Fellowship for her dental research and the Shklar Award for public service. Dr. Horowitz remained at Harvard to complete her Doctorate of Medical Science degree and specialty training in Orthodontics. She has also completed the requirements of board certification and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. In addition, she is a member of the Harvard Society for the Advancement of Orthodontics, the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Association of Facial Esthetics and the Northeastern Society of Orthodontists.
Dr. Govostes has been practicing at Smile and Skin Aesthetics since 2009. He received his Bachelors of Science degree from the University of New Hampshire and then went to attend Tufts University School of Dental Medicine where he received his DMD and then later his specialty training in Periodontology.

Just want everyone to know we scheduled an appointment for dentures took three week wait. We arrived at the Lexington office and were told we do not perform that kind of denture work. No good explanation was given by the doctor on duty.

I had such a traumatic experience with a different dentist back in 2020 that I stopped going to the dentist so when I needed dental work done recently I was extremely nervous about it. Sitting in the chair for the first appointment I started panicking and crying. Robin and Dr Caitlin Kelly couldn't have been kinder, they made me felt heard and involved in my plan of care. Since then I've had two other appointments and I have never had such a positive experience at the dentist!! They totally changed how I view the dentist. I couldn't thank them enough for their compassion and understanding it truly made all the difference for me.

Dr. Meola has been my dentist for 15 years. I cannot say enough good things about him and his staff. Dr. Meola cares for his patients, thoroughly explains any procedure he performs, and makes certain that everything is done perfectly! There is no one else that I would trust with my smile!! I moved to NH 9 years ago and still have Dr. Meola as my dentist. He is worth the drive!

I have been afraid to go to the dentist for years now but Dr. Kelly got rid of my initial apprehension. I knew that there was a lot of work to be done but I wasn't exactly sure how or where to seek help. A friend of mine from work wouldn't stop raving about the dentures that Dr. Kelly did for her so I decided to put my fear aside and give her a try. I was impressed with how clean the office was and how attentive and helpful the staff was as well. Initially I had my reservations with seeing Dr. Kelly because of how young she appeared to be however, I was pleasantly surprised to discover how professional and knowledgeable she is in her craft. Dr. Kelly answered all of my questions politely and thoroughly at the perfect pace for me to understand. She is a commendable and respectable young lady and I can't wait to have my entire family seen by her at this practice,

I normally go to their Waltham office, but I was trying to get a cleaning ASAP before I leave the country next week. I called last week on Friday and the lady on the phone told me the Waltham location was completely booked for the dates I had in mind, but she offered the Lexington location as an option. I just left and had a wonderful cleaning with Maria, their hygienist! Lexington is not as big as Waltham, but it was clean and the office looked fairly new. The lady at the front desk was sweet and told me that my information was already transferred to them from Waltham. All I had to do was a medical history update. Maria was great and my exam was done by Dr. Kelly, who was very professional and gave me some tips about flossing. Overall, a positive experience at this location and I won't mind coming here again! Tip: This location is located behind Custance Place. Drive through the parking lot to the back of the building and you'll see the sign for Designer Smiles!
