Patients beware here. I got the treatment plan from the dentist which was surprisingly extensive compared to my old office, but thought OK they are experts and reviews were good. They said at my routine cleaning I needed the deep clean instead and it would cost about $700. The coordinator had all my benefits information and swore she had verified everything on the plan and my copay. They were VERY insistent services were only performed if paid 100% upfront so my husband brought them the credit card, I had the cleaning done, and we thought everything was fine. To my surprise an additional bill for ANOTHER $300+ arrived two months later for that visit. The office was not only adamant I owed it for the one appointment we had already paid over $700 for the day of they insisted if it wasn't paid in 30 days it would be reported to my credit. We paid because we are buying a home and can't afford the hit, but $1k for a 30 min clean is insane. Many of the expensive treatments they recommended were also not on my treatment plan from the new dentist that we switched to 4 months later which I found interesting.

I've been going to Dal rock dental for 5 years and it's the best dentist dental office I've ever been to. I don't like waiting around and at dal rock I'm always in and out

I had a 2pm appointment and was seen within 15 minutes. The hygienist did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth. I think her name is Ruby?? Everyone was kind and professional. This is a great dental office.

I've been a patient at Dalrock Dental for over 7 years. They have always been able to get me in quickly. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming. I've moved 5 miles further away and have dental centers a lot closer but Dalrock Dental in my opinion is well worth the drive

I'm very happy with the treatment I received today. Everyone was very professional and showed great concern towards my future treatment. I had three fillings and when I say it was painless it was. I almost went to sleep during the process. My dentist Dr. Jones-Gray is the best dental provider I've ever seen. If in doubt, I encourage you to try Dalrock Dental. You want regret it. Be blessed.
