I started my implant journey with Dr Wallace almost a year ago! I knew I needed serious work and needed someone with in depth surgical knowledge. When consulting with Monica, the implant specialist, I knew immediately I was in great hands! Dr. Wallace is a breath of fresh air when it comes to oral surgeons! He has exceeded my expectations and did so with such confidence and determination. He was determined to give me the smile I have wanted for so many years. He, along with my dentist worked tirelessly to ensure my safety, as well as my satisfaction! If you're considering dental implants, Dr. Wallace is the BEST choice!! --Treska

I had a large upper tori that needed to be removed, which basically is having bone cut from the roof of your mouth. Yes, it sounds painful! Before finding Dr. Wallace, I visited two other oral surgeons for a consultation and even booked with one doctor but canceled, because I wasn't comfortable with the doctor and the practice. The other doctor charged me $80 to take a two second look in my mouth, and he was so rude. I felt ripped off and there was no way I was going under anesthesia with that office. I had the complete opposite experience with Dr. Wallace. From the moment I met him and his staff, I felt like I was in good hands. I could immediately tell this team genuinely cares about their patients. Even those in the lobby seemed to have a sense of trust in this office, and some were very elderly so that made me feel at ease. I felt like I would feel good brining my mom to this office, and that means a lot to me. Dr. Wallace has a very nice manner and took the time to explain the procedure, pre op, and post op care. They took x-rays and scans and came up with a plan. After reviewing my case with Dr. Wallace, I felt like I could trust him and his team to take care of its removal. I was very concerned about the recovery from this procedure, where four separate bone growths were removed from my mouth (including the roof of my mouth). Dr. Wallace texted me on the evening after my surgery to see how I was doing. Doctors never do that today. He did a great job. I feel no pain, which is very surprising, and I can already tell I'm healing very well. I'd definitely recommend Dr. Wallace and he will be my doctor if I ever again need oral surgery in the future. My daughters have both had their wisdom teeth removed by Dr Wallace, and one had a complicated impacted canines surgery as well. We have nothing but good things to say about him and his office staff. If you have a question after surgery, he is available 24/7. Everyone us friendly, organized, and has a great bedside manner.

Negative experience ~ Referred to Dr. Wallace for gum pain/ issue. The visit consisted of maybe 5 min, he glanced in my mouth & the xrays I had sent over, said nothing was wrong!! Charged $250, when I called about fee said they would credit $100 since they didn't take xrays but never received a credit. Called billing back, they said absolutely NO to any credit & didn't know who could have EVER told me they would ~ a very rude woman... Since this was a referral, I have let my dentist know about this experience so he would not refer again. Complete waste of my time, effort & money for absolutely nothing ~ Plus I still have the Pain!!!

I was referred to Dr. Wallas by by dentist for an extraction. Dr. Wallace said he was referring me to UTSW oral surgery. After spending $256.00 I got a panoramic exray and about 4 minutes of his time. He did not send a referral and his office will not return my calls.

Dr. Wallace and all team of Dallas Oral Surgery are amazing. I had 2 surgeries at this clinic and both were a great success. What I liked the most is that everyone there was so nice, warm and caring. You could see that they shared the same culture. Dr. Wallace is a very talented and kind doctor. I feel that he really cares about people and his work. He is very dedicated to his work and funny. He makes sure you understand all the procedures and takes time to explain everything in detail. To me this a rare trait to find in a doctor today... It has been a great experience for me to do the implant with Dr. Wallace and staff. Dr. Wallace is knowledgeable and very comfortable to communicate with. All the assistants are well trained and friendly. The facility is top notch state of art. My implant procedure is successful and I feel great afterwards. Thanks again Dr. Wallace and staff for taking care of me. I highly recommend Dallas Oral Surgery Associates!

Dr. Wallace and his staff are so incredibly kind, skilled, and compassionate and I would recommend to anyone! I had all four wisdom teeth removed and was nervous, but they made me feel calm, comfortable and very well taken care of before the surgery and after. Dr. Wallace is extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, and has a great sense of humor! Thank you a million to Dr. Wallace and his staff!!

It's probably the best place I've been. Of all the oral surgery practices I've been, this is the best. They use state of the art technology to provide safe and precisioned services. They are very good at pain management. They explain everything clearly. The staff is very professional and polite. They seem to like their job and working there. Dr. Wallace makes sure his patients are doing well, by contacting you in the evening to check in. As many patients he has, I was surprised he did it.

I have had to see Dr John Wallace and his team twice for separate 20 year old infected root canals that each required implants and a new synthetic tooth. My dentist said "I use Dr Wallace because he's the best in DFW." I think my dentist Dr Potts in Preston Center is also top notch. I am so pleased w Dr Wallace and his team. They are kind, attentive and highly competent. Both procedures were delicate requiring stabilizing the bone first since it's close to the sinus cavity. Cordiality, attentiveness and fair pricing are great but most importantly you want the best with medical procedures. With Dr Wallace and everyone at Dallas Oral Surgery Associates you get the whole package!!! I highly recommend. Chris Hollister

i was so nervous about getting my wisdom teeth pulled but Bambi and Dr. Wallace made sure that I was well educated on the procedure and post operation instructions. everyone in the office is so kind and it took less than 20 minutes for all 4 of my wisdom teeth to get pulled. such a great experience with great professionals :) thank you so much !!!!!!

Dr. Wallace and his staff at Dallas Oral Surgery Associates in Dallas know exactly what it means to have bed side manners, compassion, empathy and humility. They treated me for the first time this month and I felt completely comfortable and relaxed from start to finish. His office personnel are outgoing and personable, his medical staff the same and just so good at making you feel safe. And Dr. Wallace, well let's just say he is a man blessed from God with humility, empathy, patience and a wonderful sense of humor. If I did not live down in the Mansfield / Venus area, I would make this location my primary. Actually I may do this, the drive would be worth it. Thank you Dr . Wallace and staff for making this procedure stress free. God Bless you all for loving what you do.

The staff here is amazing. I had what to me seemed to be a rather large surgical procedure, and everyone on the staff from the front desk to the surgical team were great. I definitely felt less judgement from this office about the fact I had avoided dental offices for a decade. Two weeks and 2 days after surgery I'm still hopeful about my smile journey and about this office. I want to say I'm sure everyone on the staff is great, but my experience with Caitlin, Lisa and Monica were very positive. All three made sure I was well cared for and that I FELT well cared for. I never once felt nervous anymore around these ladies. Thanks Dallas Oral Surgery for helping me improve my health, smile and confidence!

Well, it's no fun having to have oral surgery but if you do, Dallas Oral Surgery Associates are amazing! All through my first consult, each person explained what we were going to do (imagining, consulting, scheduling, payment) and who would be helping me along the way. Each step they repeated the next step to me - super informative and thorough. It was no different on the morning of surgery. I knew what to expect from my first consult and they reminded me at every step of the way. My surgery team was exceptional! Bambi, Katie, Lindsay, and Lisa are intelligent, professional, and caring women who make you feel taken care of as if were family members taking care of you. The surgery was super successful. Very little discomfort at all. Dr. Wallace did a great job. I am so appreciative of his professionalism and skill. I was in great hands from all. Thank you, DOSA!

I had a good experience with Dr Gannon when taking out my wisdom teeth from consultation to surgery. I was put on general anesthesia for the process and afterwards was given all I needed to heal properly. Dr Gannon's office prescribed antibiotic mouthwash, pain meds and also included a syringe for flushing out extraction sites. I'm on day 6 post op and no issues yet. Based on my experience so far I recommend DOSA.

Dr. Wallace and his staff were absolutely incredible!! They were some of the kindest and friendliest people I've come across in Dallas, and they made the entire process so smooth and easy! Amazing office that I would 110% recommend to anyone needing oral surgery. Thank you Dr. Wallace, Blanca, Kelli, and Lindsay for making it such a memorable experience :)

We were repeatedly referred to Dr. Wallace after our teenage son suffered an emergency sports jaw injury. He literally had a team of unconnected doctors, from his dentist (Dr. Jim Miller), his orthodontist (Dr. Jeff Johnson), and bone doctor (Dr. Mark Margolin) communicating directly to Dr. Wallace for the best treatment/outcome plan. The gals in the office were not only beyond kind and comforting, but also so compassionate and recognized quickly how nervous we all were, especially the patient. My son is terrified of needles, shots and has never given blood, let alone an IV. He needed to have his jaw reset and probably the most traumatic thing to hear. When the day came, everything from check in to pre IV was professional, but also like loved ones caring for you. YES, it was scary, but my son did it and we were shocked. How do we explain it? Dr. Wallace, the explanation and care each step from office to procedure and everyone at Woodhill. The follow up at all levels has been equally amazing and my son is safely back on the playing field!
