I am a lifelong resident of Barboursville, WV, graduating from Barboursville High School in 1976. In addition, I graduated from West Virginia University and West Virginia University School of Dentistry in 1983. I subsequently joined my father, William G. Crews Jr. DMD in practice. I am a member of the American Dental Association, West Virginia Dental Association, Huntington Dental Society, and Academy of Operative Dentistry. I have served as President of the Huntington Dental Society and am currently on the executive council of the WVDA of which I have served for 15 years. My family and I attend Steele Memorial United Methodist Church and serve on numerous committees of which our most rewarding are youth and missions. I am active in Ebenezer Dental Clinic, a strong supporter of the Boy Scouts of America, as well as many other charitable organizations.

I have a wonderful and beautiful wife of 31 years, Gina, who works part time at St. Marys Hospital in the pediatric department. I have been blessed with two amazing children, Spencer for 23 years, who attended West Virginia University, was a huge mountaineer fan, and the love of our life for 23 years. Spencer went to be with the Lord on December 4, 2011 and will forever be missed by his family and friends, but he is at peace and we were truly blessed that God allowed him to be part of our lives for 23 years. Suzanna is 20 and is a sophomore at Marshall University majoring in Communications Disorders. She is extremely active in the youth ministry at church, enjoys horses, singing, and shopping.

Dr Nibert is great. I have been going there for almost 15 years. We moved about 40 minutes away over 3 years ago. We did not want to change dentists, because we like him so much. His dental assistants are also the best. If I were just rating them.. it would be a five. However, I am not a fan of the front office. I had an appointment today. I truly do understand appointment times need to be adhered to. I have sat there many times and waited 20-30 minutes to be called back. I have never complained, because things happen. I have never been late or missed an appointment before. Once before, weeks in advance, we had to reschedule.. and it took almost 6 months to get a new appointment. Today, I was 10 minutes late and my husband was 25 minutes late. It was entirely my fault. I wrote the appointment time down wrong. I thought both our appointments were at 10:30. Turns out his was at 10:00 and mine was 10:15. The office called as we were coming in. We told them we would be there in about 15 minutes. They called a second time, a few minutes later, and said my husband would need to reschedule but I could still be seen if we got there in 9 minutes. 5 minutes later I walked in and was told I would also need to reschedule. I know it will takes months for us both to get a new appointment. It makes me sad that we will be finding a new dentist. I don't know if anyone reads these. I hope Dr Nibert knows we didn't leave because of him.
